Rucci Indian Takeaway in Cannock Chase

Good food but a few issues. All meals were tasty but...1. Ordering online informed me that I was too far away for delivery (I wasn't) 2.Order arrived without poppadoms that were ordered 3. I recieved a Text to say order was accepted but no further text to say it was ready.

Real shame. Like the food here but they delivered 30 mins late (but should say usually early), and when they did deliver it it was missing a main. That means my wife and I had to eat separately, plus my wife had to reheat her chips and rice. Shame really, struggling to find an Indian Take Away that is consistently good. We start using Rucci as Rugeley Spice had let us down a few times. Time to get the cook books out I think... I wouldn't say avoid, the food is nice, but it's probably best to go and pick up to ensure you get what you order.

Ive never had a problem when ordered from here in the past however last night I waited ages for my food the delivery lady was very apologetic so understood they was busy and let it go however the rice was cold the mint sauce was like water then to top it of I found a hair running through my nan bread as I bit in to it. so after waiting for ages the food was terrible such a shame.

Ordered in good faith as you opened, paid on line, all we've had since was lip service, a pack of lies regarding the status of our order & no food nearly 3 hours later.Absolutely disgusted with the total disorganisation & lack of customer service.Site not recognising refund request.Not sure what's happened to this takeaway, always you'st to be good, ruined our New Year's Eve.

Delicious food every time. Not had a bad meal. Only once have they got our order wrong on delivery. Best Indian in Rugeley and the staff are so polite. 5 star hygiene rating too.

Was recommended the Rucci yesterday by a friend. So gave it a try. Ordered on their website at 7pm to be delivered at 8pm. Rang at 820 to make sure they had got my order. They said 'ermmmmmm' and after much deliberation said yes. Then said it will be another half an hr. Rang them back at 905pm and they said oh it will be another 25 mins. So i said cancel. Dissappointed but wont try again. Really if they were struggling as they have suggested in their reply to my original post, they shouldnt have taken my order or explained that they were having difficulties so i could choose to either wait or cancel my order. Eating at 945pm after going elsewhere isnt what I chose to do (having ordered at 7 for 8pm delivery) and sadly they didnt allow me to choose.Went to Rugeley Spice in the end. Was very nice.

Missed items off our order. Mistakes happen, no problem at all. I wasnt even annoyed by the mistakes but I call up and the guy on the other end of the line sighs and says "cant we sort it out another time" like I'm bothering him with my problems. First and last time of ordering from this place.

First time I’ve used Rucci 4 a while cuz I prefer to sit down in a restaurant rather than take away but I tried the lamb jalfrezi last night & it was very nice, I will be back next week !

First time using Rucci yesterday’ ordered 5 mains’ naans and starters’ etc all cooked perfectly’ biriyani was amazing. Very friendly staff and you can see them cooking the food will be returning
