Sanam Balti House in Cannock Chase

Just ordered a takeaway after a lovely meal last week sitting in. VERY disappointed chips were missing from the order he came from Cannock to Penkridge wouldn't you think he would have checked the order before travelling? Won't be ordering again ☹️

We used to eat at the Sanam and have take a ways regularly. We didn’t visit for a while as it wasn’t as good as it used to be. Tonight we thought we’d try a takeaway. Huge mistake, worst curry we’ve had in a long time! Half of the curry was in the bag, mint sauce and salad was warm as had been in with the hot food. Which was the warmest part of the meal. We ordered the tandoori mixed grill which only had chicken in, no prawn or Shish kebab. The food was tasteless and watery …Will definitely not be ordering again

Went with family,meal was out of this world...perfect infact.We all had different meals off the menu and every meal was first class.The men there know the menu well and point you in the right direction if youre not sure what to have.Been again since and again perfect💞

The place was heaving new years eve, great atmosphere, best staff around , I've been to many balti houses and this is by far the best , huge portion sizes , real chips , 5 stars guys , thank you for a fab evening ☆☆☆☆☆

Ordered a takeaway, all vegan items. Food was really nice, generous portions and very reasonably priced. Took about an hour for delivery which is decent for a Saturday night! Also liked that everything was labelled and they even included free poppadoms and dips, labelled as vegan which was really nice. Will definitely order again!

Great food and friendly staff. The restaurant has a nice relaxed atmosphere and the service is spot on. Prices are keen too. Take your own alcohol as there's no bar.

First and last time we order from here.The chips look like they've been sat there a week and then heated back up! We ordered the chilli garlic balti that was more like water!! No spice considering its '3 chilli's' on the menu - I'm sorry but this is nowhere near as hot as a madras or a naga.Very disappointed!!
