Springslade Lodge caters for all types of refreshments from warm and cold drinks, bacon and sausage sandwich snacks, to comfortable sit down lunchtime meals. Springslade Lodge is an ideal starting place for walkers and ramblers with ample parking and toilet facilities. We have facilities for mountain-bikers to park their bikes, and horse riders to secure their horses too."

Good cakes and scones. Sunny seating area with little huts for colder or wetter days. Perfect for a rest during a walk on the chase. Friendly staff.

We found a review for Springslade on trip advisor from someone who takes their dog there after a walk so we thought we'd give it a go. A beautiful little cafe and the Huts are so cool! Perfect for us with our pup in drizzle and such a novel idea. We had tea and cake as we got there quite near closing on a Sunday but really well priced and a lovely little hideaway. We will definitely be returning

What a beautiful little place! Set seemingly in the middle of Cannock Chase you can get to it either from a main road or walk to it off the Chase.Set literally in the middle of woodland we sat outside with our 2 muddy dogs. There are lovely little huts (sheds) where you can sit out of the elements or ample garden benches.The inside facilities looked welcoming with a fire burning. Has parking for cars, mounts for Cycles and even a space to hitch a horse!The food was generous and well cooked and the serving staff were very well organised and friendly.I will definitely be finding my way back there!

Just across the road from the lovely Cannock Chase and a great place to stop for a hot /Cold Drink or bite to eat if you are out walking or biking in the Chase. There is limited car parking and the place was busy today. A great touch was the " garden sheds " where you can sit with your friends / Family ( space For about 6 comfortably ) if You want to be out of the cold ( or rain ) food ordered at the window but due to it being busy service was slower than probably usual and slow in clearing tables of used items. There is space to park your bicycle and they even allow you to turn up on your horse! Overall great place to stop on a freezing cold Sunday whilst on a walk through the lovely Chase.

A great little cafe on the chase love the new outdoor sheds made into seated areas for customers to sit with with their pets out of the wind. Also the new bike parking spaces.

Really good food, live the individual pods outdoors so you can be dry but sitting outside. Nice space inside between tables.

Great Cafe. We really enjoyed out lunch stop here, well worth it. They have loads of Outdoor seating, outside or undercover. Didn't go inside but looked lovely and cozy. Thank you

Great after a walk with the dog. Lovely individual huts to sit 'outside' without getting wet too. Had a lovely Baileys hot chocolate

Always loved this place, nice to see the latest addition which is the sheds that you can sit in, pets included! Feiendly service and didnt have to wait to long for food and drinks either. Visited on a Wednesday morning 😁 fully reccommend
