I stayed on 11th floor - views are great as the tower is built on an hill it felt like I was higher. Staff are friendly and my room was clean - as much as you expect from a budget hotel. But one warning - AVOID this hotel in the summer months. As many have said the tower has lots of glass windows and it is basically a giant greenhouse. Cozy in the winter but you’ll melt in summer! They have no working air con! They seriously need to fix the AC before someone dies of heat exhaustion!

Staff very friendly, well organised and the rooms are exceptionally clean. Only thing that let's it down was the size of the breakfast room but that can't be helped.Meals were fantastic and they provided plenty of choice in both their evening meals and breakfasts.Stopped as a family of 4, and would definitely stop here again.
