Disappointing! Been on the toilet constantly after my mixed meat and chips in a tray! Cash only also and no card? Will not be ordering from here anymore!!!

Normally love this chippy but just pulled a massive black hair from my food then when u rang got told god knows where it came from and nothing done about it look to the right you can see it wrapped around my chips🤮 making out like I've put it there 🤨 I wouldn't rob a chippy of 4.50 but I also won't be spending any here again either so hope was worth 4.50 for the chippy

The food was really delicious but I'm a bit disappointed. I order from here quite often and there hasn't been any problems at all but today I ordered a large doner kebab in bread but when it arrived, it was the small size. The reason I know it's the small one is because I ordered it once. The other one that I ordered was the large kebab in tray and it was correct so I am happy about that. I also have proof that I ordered the large size. The photo may look like the kebab is the correct size but it's really not since (as I said before) I ordered the small size before!

I was tell to wait 15 min and I was served after 45min . They are to expensive for the bad food what they served. After I was arived home I was see the burn meet I just put in the bin. Never go back there anymore.

Great local chip shop, really good food & excellent customer service. They've got one the best southern fried chicken in town. Always best to collect so you're not disappointed by 3rd party delivery services.

Horrendous. 2 and half hours wait. No food delivered. During that time rang 4 times. Every time told food was being prepared or on its way. When got angry on final call was told that the order had not even gone through and it was not their mistake. Sorry? Why tell us it is on its way then? We were clear on the details of the order every time we phoned. Hung up on me when I asked this several times. Never received food. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Would like to see the owners respond to any feedback?! Anyway, be careful of being overcharged, as I was, even when I pointed out the price on the board!! Either train your staff properly or get more competent ppl in! Won't be going back & will be warning others too, which is a shame as I haven't really had a bad experience here, but I'm not willing to be out of pocket just because they can't read a price on a board!!!

Should have read the reviews before going in here. They charged me over a tenner for a portion of cheesy chips, with battered fish and sausage. Fish was like eating rubber, sausage batter was all mushy and sloppy, and they overdid the cheese on the cheesy chips so i had oil leaking all over my chips. As a local, not impressed and not going back.
