A good chippie with friendly staff, but the scallops are rather pricey at 95p.Don't let it put you off though, other food looked impressive and the place was immaculate

I've been eating take out for over a decade in coventry and this place has the best chicken shish, it's so good. Better than Istanbul! Honestly, you have to try it!👌

Their gluten free battered fried fish is to die for. Valerie and I eat from there on gluten free days whenever we are back at our house nearby. Greatest glutenfree fried fish. Just keep an eye on the portion size...

Good chippy, just a bit too big kebab for myself. No chance I can finish full portion, taking half, can't deal with it too 😬

In my opinion this is the best takeaway in Coventry and to date the best in the West Midlands from what I’ve experienced.The grill menu is outstanding. I’ve ordered the grilled Lamb Shish and my wife the grilled Chicken Shish and this is an authentic Mediterranean kebab and simply delicious.I ordered the Mix Grilled Kebab on my next visit and the my wife stuck with the trusted Chicken as I wanted a sample of the Kofta to see if it was on par, and I wasn’t disappointed.Beautifully marinated and seasoned and cooked with intimate knowledge and as always with a smile and a friendly greeting from what I presume is a family run business. Loads of staff make this place very efficient and friendly and despite always being busy, I’ve never had to wait longer than 10mins for an order on walk up. You can speed this up further by phoning your order ahead, but I miss the interaction between a family business and a local customer, so I always walk in to say hello.As a Fish and Chip shop it is again outstanding. The Fish is the freshest I’ve tasted in a land locked county and the chips are cooked like a chip shop should. The portions are enormous, so order frugally and you will always struggle to finish it, despite wanting too.The Chicken and Lamb Donner are excellent quality too and are very far removed from a cheeky doner on the way home after a drink, definitely worth a try.One improvement I would like to see is their sauces. They are very good, but some nice authentic Tzatziki or a homemade chilli sauce to go with the grilled menu would be the icing on the cake. I want to taste a Kebab and close my eyes and imagine I’m in the Mediterranean.The best takeaway bar none so far in my opinion, I’ve tried all the others in Coventry (and I mean all), this is the most authentic Grilled Kebab.I’m so pleased it my local. Keep it up please, and never lose the standards you’ve set.Al

Use fairly regularly. Food and value for money OK. Good standards of hygiene and freshly cooked fish, chips, pies and so on. Sometimes necessary to wait for cooking but prices and food reasonable. Staff friendly. Would avoid peak times, but otherwise good.

Was practically the first customer in the store when they opened in the afternoon.Ordered mixed chicken kebab and large portion of chips.Had to throw it all in the bin!The chips were rock hard and the kebab was clearly reheated from the evening before.
