Food was okay, what you'd expect for the prices, but unfortunately a little let down by getting the order slightly wrong. I asked to swap fries for sweet potato and normal fries came out, 2 lots of peppercorn sauce for steaks that 2 of us were having. Then I think the kitchen realised and sent the stuff out 5 minutes later. Apart from that it was a good visit.

Visited on Saturday morning for an unlimited cooked breakfast with my husband. Nice, clean and welcoming set up. Breakfast was a nice quality and freshly cooked. We didn't see any empty trays on the hot buffet and the continental selection was good. Great value at under a tenner each (drinks included in price). Definitely will be back!

My wife and I went here for our 10th anniversary. This is the first place to cook my steak right in years. I did have an issue with cold chips but the waitress that served us quickly rectified this and within a minute I have red hot chips on my plate. They delivered in all areas. I highly recommend. we will be returning again with the kids in hand next time

Went for a long awaited family meal, chosen specifically for the play area which the kids loved, however, the food wasn't very good, especially for the price, 5 out of 7 of us had a problem with the food, even a burger from the one of the children's meals was completely over done and burnt. Some of the reviews stated the food was better now than when it was Taybarns, sorry but I completely disagree! Won't be rushing back.

Excellent food. Definitely improved from my last visit few years ago. We had the Chicken Burger and Fish and chips. Both were very tasty, tasted fresh, perfectly cooked and well flavoured. Quality and serving was excellent.

Don't order the winner winner chicken dinner, it's supposed to be a roast but I nearly laughed when my plate arrived. Everything was burnt, stuffing included. Veggies looked like they had been sitting out for days. The gravy was basically salt. How they can serve that meal with a straight face! Barely touched my food and left hungry which is a shame. A large party next to us had a few people order the same meal I had and they all sent it back and asked for a different meal, that's how bad it was. Definitely first & last time going there.

Went to the soft play area with my family for a rare meal out. I'm disabled & both disabled toilets were disgusting. The larger one stunk & the toilet seat was broken off. The second smaller disabled toilet obviously hadn't been cleaned for a while. It was really grim. Then the food was a joke. The price you pay for the quality of food had gone really downhill too. Half empty plates, 'grey' looking veg & miniscule portions. Really poor. Such a shame, as this used to be a family fav to visit. We won't be going again any time soon. 😞

Ordered meal, when it arrived we were not asked if we wanted any sauces etc... no one came to check if everything was OK, we had to keep chasing for sauce, cutlery and my sons dessert. Wasn't sure if my vegan burger was vegan so didn't eat it as it tasted of meat, I left most my meal, they didn't even ask why when cleared plates, she hardly spoke, very unhappy. No booking allowed on play area so we were told it was full, had a very unhappy boy. Won't be returning.

Nothing to write home about, good size portions, this place is more quantity over quality; vegan menu available

First time this evening, and I highly recommend very welcoming excellent service. Lovely support with food choices for my son. this one lady (rozina) went out her way to make sure we all had a very relaxing and enjoyable evening even got my desert personalised which was a lovely touch. Definitely revisting again soon.
