Burger King in Coventry

Waited 20 minutes for food and what a shock, spent 35 quid and the food was terrible.slop under cooked burger with stale bap. this place needs shutting down. The staff are rude and arrogant, especially the short girl with reddish hair and glasses. Shes lucky she didnt get the food chucked over her head . AVOID IF YOU WANT NICE FOOD

Never like leaving bad reviews however this burger king was easily the worst one I've visited. Was told to park in the bay (which was fine) however someone was in our bay - so the staff didn't even know who was in what bay. Waited 15 minutes after seeing 4 cars receive their order (we only ordered 2 whopper meals and some cheese bites so not a big order!) Drinks were warm and flat, burger was extremely dry. Whole order was just a mess

We aren't local and whilst visiting Coventry we needed somewhere quick to eat. Just took for granted a Burger King would do the job. Used the toilets first before ordering. Disgusting! Mess all around one toilet, the other that was more usable had a broken lock so wouldn't close, tissue coming out the sanitary bins. Had to go with having the door held. No soap in the dispensers, no handgel either 🤢😠. Seemed to be chaotic and when order given, the tables were dirty so had to find the cleanest. Like others have said, weeks and months ago, there is still no ice in the machine and wasn't nice to drink. Not the best, but then our local one isn't great at service. But this is definitely the worst for hygiene and cleanliness. Wouldn't go back.

The vegan whooper is quite good. Need to improve service, some things missing on menu too.

I have been to around 80 countries and this is easily the worst Burger king I have had the (dis) pleasure of eating at, I went in on Saturday and it was horrible. The employee was making a very loud phone call draped in a slobbing manner over the front counter, he was a bigger guy, glasses, balding. We ordered and the food took a while to come, they gave us the cups for the machine. 75 percent of the options on the drinks were unavailable, there was no ice in either machine and the drinks were flat, as well as warm. After having a sip, I told the girl behind the counter to get us drinks from the machine they use back there for the drive thru, she obliged. They should have done this in the first place, I told them the machines round the front were not working. I am certain they knew this, in any case, if they didn't, three other customers ordered drinks and they didn't say anything to the customers. One of the customers got take away and I saw him out the front react when he took a sip of his drink, the drinks were flat, warm, no ice and disgusting. The staff there should have put a out of order label on the machines if they were not able to be fixed and served drinks from the machine behind the counter but apparently this is rocket science??? Anyway, I have noticed the responses to these reviews and all I can say is deeds, not words. People have been complaining for weeks/months and you're like, "oh yeah we will ensure this is fixed." Our experience on the weekend, as well as several others indicate that this is not actually occurring. Get down there and fix these issues, stop taking your customers for granted. If I saw these reviews before I went in, I wouldn't have visited your stores. Provide better training or get people that want to be there, paying a better wage should help with this conundrum. My burger also tasted weird like it had chili powder on it which is not part of the order, as per many other reviews, the delivery people definitely took precedence. I am moving in down the road and will not be visiting until genuine reviews get better.

No soap in the bathrooms. Tables were very dirty with other peoples rubbish. No one cleaning at all. The bathrooms smelt very bad. No gloves were warn when staff touched the till and other things and then touched food. In the kitchen area there was rubbish all over the floor. Food was decent but still like warm. Touch screens for ordering were caked in dirt. Only 3 members of staff working very hard but still the standards are not what I expected.

Today my family and I arrived here to eat in,I placed order and waited 20 mins for meal there was only 2 other people sat in restaurant!!The staff are more interested in sorting the people coming in collecting order for just eat etc,The tables were dirty and the toilets were filthy floor full of toilet roll and taps did not work properly,I was v disappointed as normally we enjoy meals atBurger KingWill not be going again,

AVOID at all costs, toilets absolutely disgusting!!!Food area not that great either, staff are rude and do not look that clean themselves as all we could smell was body odour. Our food eventually came and the order was wrong and wasn't that nice so most of it ended up in the bin, I asked for some bbq sauce and she handed me 2 pots that were covered in it, I then asked for some clean ones to be told thats how they are so we went without. I spoke to the manager who offered me 2 further burgers but my response was no thank you and we left, will never come here again, I'm surprised they are allowed to be open.

Awful place, so dirty inside! About 8 people inside eating, on two tables, yet all others were covered in food, salt, sauce. The floor had food all over the place. Didn't look like it had been cleaned all day! Even behind the counter was grim and I only used the toilet because I had to, almost held it in as it stank!Food took ages and chips were stone cold. We left and just ate the burgers outside.Guess the drive-thru customer don't see this.I won't go back there again.

I counted 9 tables (including ours) which were dirty, no one cleaned them during our stay (around 20mins). Toilets are not the cleanest I've seen but not the worst either. Coffee was nice
