Caffe Nero in Coventry

Fantastic coffee, unrivaled by any of the bigger coffee shops. Staff friendly. Only place I get a hot drink. Still the best coffee around.

Lovely relaxed area and attentive staff

Everytime we come the staff give a warm welcome and fantastic service. We are kept up to date with promos on the app and if we would like anything else to personalise our drinks, wether it me cream on top or a syrup shot. Can't big Nero up enough. Always the go to coffee shop

Lovely coffee and staff, memories of weekends in Coventry when this venue was wimpy, I am sure the restaurant revolved, but I did drink a bit those days 😃

Last time I came here it was the Wimpy, 40 years ago! Nice to see the building still here so popped in for a coffee. 9th Wonder of the World, culturally on a par with the Taj Mahal. Oh there's a cathedral down the road too.

The staff is super rude and the tables are always dirty and sticky. We asked someone to clean the table and they didn’t soo we had to clean ourselves… do not recommend this place even tho the architecture is beautiful the staff made it super unpleasant

It's a small Nero in a bit of a weird place, but it's nice and its air conditioned!Staff are friendly and helpful and there are good non dairy alternatives.I tried the salted caramel pistachio frozen blended drink made with coconut milk the other day, and it was soooooo good.The reward scheme works much better now there's an app, as well.It wont let me remove the zoo photos. I'm sorry. Please enjoy cute animals

Good Coffee, as that's what they do best..Quick service and also friendly staff.They should spend time to polish the cutlery because I had to use salivato actually polish the spoon... Which it's not OK... At all 😂🤷🏼‍♂️.I guess we'll have a take away next time

The coffee here is amazing. Much better value for money in comparison to Starbucks and Costa. This coffee shop is one of the most unique coffee shops I've been to. Instead of a typical rectangular shop floor , the coffee shop is built as a circular structure , with a circular based shop floor with paronamic glass panels. A beautiful piece of architecture. The service is relatively quick with friendly staff.
