Cheng's Garden in Coventry

Normally great Chinese however today I ordered a delivery for between 7pm and 7.30pm (it arrived at 6.30pm). Most of the food was luke warm at best with the chow mein actually being cold , aromatic duck was more like aromatic fat.

Only one star because I couldn't give nothing lower.3rd occasion in a row where its taken 2hrs longer to be delivered than specified food cold when we are only 5mins away & on phoning to complain got sounds rather than words to my complaint will not be using here again I would rather drive to other side of the city & collect from new garden foods still piping hot when I get back

Lovely food, it's the only Chinese I use because of the quality of food

Waited 2 hours for the wrong order. Shambles of a place. Dont do it

We have used this takeaway a few times now and never been disappointed. The food is always hot and delicious. We have never waited over half an hour for food either. I would highly recommend

Ordered a meal from this shop and was told it would be about 45 minutes.After about 3 calls and 1 hour 45 minutes later we finally got the meal. And it was cold and soggy. Staff not very helpful and this is the not the first time they have taken a long time to deliver but thought we would give them the benefit of the doubt.Will not be using them again

No complaints from me. I was worried when reading the reviews. They told me an hour and it was delivered in less. I never thought i would find a chinese takeaway on the same levels as Allseley House but the food i received was amazing.

visited last week, only to be met with a miserable man with silver hair so rude and impatient that he could not wait to tell me to hurry up, so much so that i messed up my order. He has no customer service skills whatsoever, he made me feel unwelcome and unimportant as well as the food being. stale and bland and soggy. This review will be going on trip advisor also. I may not be one of the locals but this guy needs some serious manners.
