Chicken Express in Coventry

Be it spicy wings, pizza or burger (especially the peri peri ones), this place has never disappointed taste-wise or quantity-wise till date. Fast delivery and really nice service. Been ordering from there 2 times in a row. Definitely recommended 👍🏻

This please is very nasty and dirty. Please stay away.I went to place an order for pizza. The Indian guy behind the counter wiped his nose with his hands right in front of me. When I told him can you please wash your hand before making the order because you just wipe your nose with your hands. He said NO I cannt wash my hand if you want take it good or go. He had bad attitude and when I asked him to give me owner’a number he refused to give it to me.Please stay away or you will get sick. They don’t know anything about hygiene.

The chicken bites are tiny and the pizzas are tiny takeaway takes forever and the only good thing is it’s nice 1/5

Bit shabby and dirty inside, but food was good.

Delivery takes forever, seems they forget about your order, if you go into the shop, check your change, and make sure you keep an eye on how much your meal is. They quite happily round off the total to the next pound, which may only be 5p, but if they do that to all the customers, it all adds up. Also check your food before leaving, as once you exit the door they won't accept your order is wrong. And check your food is cooked properly. So many things wrong with this place!!

The worst place to order. Late over 2 hours, rude staff and they never answers the phone and always busy line. To hard to get through to them and wen you get through they are very very rude. In my opinion don’t order from this place. The man that answers the call straightforward he said don’t order again, zero customer service, I had the worst experience ever tonight. He was swearing at me for asking where my food. Ever again order from this place ever.

Waited over an hour called up to find out they've canceled my order as their driver never turned up. Women then cuts me off when questioning why i wasn't made aware, then declines the next 4 attempts of calling. Luckily for me i got my money back through Just Eat.... Would not recommend this place to anyone from my experience. I would give 0 stars if i could

Taste is ok. Service is the worst I've seen. Zero customer service, manner, hung up the phone one you, cant take orders...Beware also check your order bag, before leaving the store.Dreadful!!Never again, rather do it myself

Food real good but only if u go in and order. Ive placed an order over the phone twice now. The first time it arrived an hour and a half late with some items missing but we thought we'd give it another go tonight and it arrived 3 hours late and cold. If you are going to get ur food from here then I'd go in and get it urself

Awful place!!! For a starters I live 5 minutes around the corner and the food was supposed to be 45-60 minutes but the minute I ordered they added another half hour on. I ordered just gone 12pm and the food arrived 1.35pm. When it got to 1.30 and the food hadn't even left them I phoned and they gave the typical response of 'it's just left'. When the food eventually arrived it was disgusting. Every time I walk past they are empty, cannot understand how it could take so long or how they are still in business! Avoid!!
