Cocoa Caffe in Coventry

Stopped over for a quick breakfast. Good hot coffees, great choice of food and friendly staff. But the tables are really dirty and there’s food all over the floor.

Lovely staff and the food was delicious. The cakes and muffins even better

Their Big Breakfasts are brilliant and only 7 quid. 2 of everything n its all fresh n well presented. Their Nutella Frappe's are the best. Calm, relaxing atmosphere and the staff are all lovely. Baffled by any bad reviews. It's great.

A member of staff was extremely creepy to my girlfriend, made weird comments about her shoulder as she was wearing an off the shoulder top. The hygiene seems to be disgusting as the plate was still dirty.

Awful, genuinely Awful, muffin was rock hard and stale, chips undercooked and pale, cheese panini lacking cheese which appeared to be that tasteless, fake cheese. Partners jacket potato was dry as a bone which suggest it may of been reheated, floor dirty, table dirty, seats dirty, cups chipped and dirty, staff could barely speak English toilet smells wafting through the place, dark and dingy light ting (most probably to hide the poor quality and dirty food they serve). To top it all off today 29/08/21 I have a upset stomach and feeling sick, avoid this place like the plague!!! Couldn't care less staff attitude

Was about to go here then saw a post on Coventry News that they have one star food rating hygiene.......What can you say moreEdit: Food was decent, drinks cold and the tea meh, not impressive but decent.Staff was friendly which adds a bit to the star rating.

Food all over the floor. Got my food 5 minutes before my partner's so mine was cold by the time hers came. Not too much to ask to be able to eat at the same time. Had to wait another 5 minutes after food for our drinks.
