The staff at this drive thru are so friendly, and always greet you with a smile. The store manager who has served us a number of times is fantastic and a great representation for the brand 👏

Bought a porridge and the water was poured on top and not mixed in. So when they gave it me warmed up, half the oats were still dry and uncooked, couldn’t even save it. Had to throw it away. What a start to my day hey. Please mix the oats after pouring water next time

I visit this store regularly as its near work. Always really lovely staff working, great service. Never had a bad experience in here. Can normally always get a table and it's always kept clean.

Keep up thee amazing vegan options and we will be regulars foe sure. The toasties and Jack fruit soup, delicious 😋

The staff make this Costa amazing! Joe stands out for me in particular but all workers are always friendly, happy, are quick to serve and drink is always perfect. My favourite branch.

It's similar to most Costa shops. The coffee is alright, the food is mass produced but not terrible. You know what you're getting at a Costa. This one is a little cramped for my liking, hence the four stars

I went in today and there was a worker at the front till who was serving customers , he was tall and had brown and pink hair. He was chatting away to a customer he had already served. I had been waiting patiently whilst he had continued to chat to the customer instead of taking my order. Only after several minutes was my order taken, I was waiting to be served so that I could tend to my newborn baby along with his mother.I found this very rude and unprofessional.This very frustrating experience has made me not want to come back to Costa again!

Excellent food and coffee. I was particularly impressed with the vegan selection. The customer service was also very good and it was nice to see staff kept on top of clearing up and cleaning tables.

My best drive through, sit in. Handy with it being just me the main road. Since it's opening day I have visited the clean, tidy, happy little place. It might not be Starbucks but the staff make your stay very welcome.

Very, very expensive.The sandwich was hot but that's all I can say about it, it certainly didn't taste of anything - cheese & tomato but the tomato was just a thin spread of tomato on the bread.Certainly not worth the money.It was noisy & the staff couldn't hear - or didn't listen. Surely they should be used to people requesting their coffee in a particular way and shouldn't slam the cup down when they finally listen and follow that request.
