Costa Coffee in Coventry

The coffee was not upto the mark. It had a lot of sugar and ice. Coffee-the main ingredient was lacking. Wasn't a Costa experience at all.

No soap in the toilets. Condiments station at an impractical place, and too small. Waiting area small and jamming the condiments station. No paper towels at the condiments station. Lady at the till disregarded the "stay in" ask fom me and the customer that came after and showed a dissatisfied face when I asked her to change it. Not copping when fast-paced.

Great place to get a coffee and a bite to eat. Good service, friendly staff.

Clean and friendly but dark and slow service with only two staff members for a busy Saturday morning seemed a little strange. New kit kat hot chocolate, same as a normal hot chocolate just with a bunny and only warm not hot.

Not too busy at lunch time. The staff are really friendly and it has a nice atmosphere. It's a good place to stop for a coffee if you're nearby.

Not as good as it used to be. I generally like Costa but whoever is running this one is not cut out for a fast-paced, customer service role. They seem to always be reprimanding staff and getting orders wrong. Such a shame. I’ll be avoiding this one in future.

Nice small Costa Coffee shop for students.Warm and tidy.Pretty quick service as there are 817372 students begging for coffees 😂.Good for your daily dose of caffeine.

Enjoyed the seasonal drinks at the busy city centre branch. The staff could have been a bit more friendly but apart from that no complaints. Would recommend the gingerbread hot chocolate and also the hazelnut praline.

Really low key Costa. Staff seem very friendly. The place isn't too bad with lots of positive messages and comments about how they recycle etc. Surprised there's a code you've got to memorise to go to toilet. Also the locks in one of the toilet didn't seem to work as I walked in on someone mid-toilet. Not a great sight to see.
