Excellent service every time i have been in here.Staff are so friendly and so professional.I love the atmosphere in the place and the food is lovely as well.Worth a vist for sure.

Been here multiple times and it hasn't disappointed. Attentive staff and tasty food. The restaurant is also larger than it looks from the front, also has parking to the rear

The food and the service was very poor. The waiters- all the girls were disgusting as they were touching their face eating food and handling my food as well as other customers food. They were also touching their dirty little clothes. One of the girls came with my food and slammed it on the table. This experience was like being an animal at a farm. She was not friendly at all she was talking like she was fed up.The food was very over priced , tasteless and bland, and dull, it was frozen chips with little tiny bit of chicken and salad which was dirty and was served from yesterday. we asked for sauces they were given is small quantity despite there were 6 of us. The sauces were not niceI do not recommend anyone to go there . Don’t waste your time and money in these cheap overpriced places where they cant teach staff basic manners. The staff are filthy animals And the food standard is below average. Disappointing

Absolutely Marvellous!Had a Birthday celebration here and the food was sooooo good, the service was excellent and I totally loved the lighting in this restaurant.Everything is charcoal grilled so it has that roasted flavour that takes me back home to Nigeria, West Africa. The food is Flavorful with just the right kind of spicy!The manager (Mohammed) was such a delight. He was patient (our group arrived a lot later due to miscommunication and he was so understanding), attentive and just all round wonderful!For the number of people we brought it, you would think they would mess up our order, but NOPE! Very attentive staff.We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and we will surely return for more! It was our first time and we were not disappointed! Reasonably priced meals and massive portions! The group platter is a super money saver.Due to confidentiality, I can't share the group's spread but it was marvellous! Please go see for yourself! If you like avocados try the Avocado Hamolli salad (first picture)

Lovely evening with good quality food and big portion sizes, only thing was there was a long wait between our starters, mains and desserts, surely turkish food doesnt take that long to prepare!!! & we ordered Knafas too which took over 20 minutes!! But on the plus side they gave us all complimentary turkish teas...also food was very mild for the spice lovers but take a bite of the chillies on the big platter mezzes and thatll do you just right😊 Just a kind note to the owners..please clean or renovate the kiddies corner...its such an amazing asset to have onsite but it's in an awful way...it needs a serious deep clean..also not many people know this but theres a carpark you can use a few shops down and itll take ya straight to the back of the restaurant X

Excellent service & the most competitive price for an authentic Turkish cuisine! £10/ person is more than enough to fill your tummy.

Oh goodness me the food was just... AMAZING AND HEAVENLY!! For all meat eaters and middle east food lovers this is the perfect place to come! I could go on on how the meat was juicy and mouthwatering but you be the judge of that! I will come and dine there again for sure!

I am absolutely disgusted by the level of service recieved this evening by your members of staff and the low levels of food quality.My friend and I came around 6.15. We sat down and waited to be acknowledged. When we were finally spoken to by a member of staff she asked for our order. We decided to order starters and then asked her to come back for our mains. I ordered calamari and falafel and my friend ordered calamari and mushrooms. We also ordered hummus. The food came and it was a huge disappointment. The calamari was served without any tartare sauce. The lettuce thrown on to the plate with the calamari and mushrooms were browned and not fresh. The mushrooms were dripping with water. The hummus came without any red dipping sauce or yogurt. When I questioned the man he said that's the salad given but I asked him to change it as it was brown and I didnt appreciate it. He said no tartare sauce would be given with the calamari. When I asked for the red dipping sauce with the bread and hummus I was told well because we didnt order main he wouldnt give it to us. I explained we hadnt decided on our main meal hence why we hadnt ordered it yet. We asked for some tap water which never came to the table. The waiter was rude and quite offensive to be honest. We decided not to order mains as we chose to go elsewhere due to the awful service recieved. I gave £2 extra with my money and didnt even get my change back...I was not prepared to leave a tip. Chocolates offered with the bill was also missed today. All in all a very huge disappointment and disgraceful level of service provided today. I plan to leave a trust pilot review and a google review. I would like you to take a look at the pictures I am sending also.When I contacted the owners they basically told me to do one...poor management clearly that's where the staff get it from. Never visited such a awful place.

Nice food, wait time isn't too bad and they give complementary bread and dipping sauce. They have a nice tea you can order for free either before or after your meal.
