The desserts may be slightly more expensive compared to other places around, but they make up for this in quantity and quality.Waiting times are very good usually. I was there recently with a group of 8/10, having everything come in max 15 minutes. For single orders, you can expect a wait time of around 10 minutes. Granted, this standard will depend on the staffing situation and how busy the shop is.The only real criticism I would give is that the service can lack dependent on who is running the shop. Even at around 7 pm in the afternoon on a Saturday, with a very quiet shop, the staff seems to serve and interact with you like they have 0 energy or just can't really be bothered to get out of the shift.Smaller things like not having enough cutlery packed despite the shop being very quiet, then asking the staff who seem to just have forgotten about the table / lack of cutlery.Overall, a lovely shop with great food and a lovely atmosphere.

Very nice selection of desserts. The only downside is sometimes it can get very busy, therefore a bit dirty and very noisy. Nice place to go to once in a while

Always my go to dessert place with the family. Was really busy that day but we still got served pretty quickly.

Creams is a amazing place to get your fix of sweetness.The Waffles are massive and easily worth the money paid for them.I ordered the Banana & Strawberry waffle, my Gf ordered The Cookie crush. And also a Mint chocolate chip Scoop Shake.Staff were friendly and helpful to anything we Needed and the deserts were with us within 10 minutes.5* would definitely go again and recommend to others.Parking is limited at the rear of the premises so if its busy you may not get parked.

I don't usually write food reviews but the experience I had tonight was by far the worst service I have ever received.I spent the best part of £50 and had 3 items missing, 2 freezing cold crepes, a half eaten cookie dough and another cookie dough which looked as if it had been ran over by a car.The restaurant said they could not do anything about it unless I drive to the restaurant which completely defeats the object of "ordering food" they was not apologetic and quite frankly did not seem to care.Never again, shocking.

Cool place for hangouts. Especially tables next to window with lake view. Variety of desserts for selection 🍮 🍨BTW Water is expensive than waffles 🤫😂

A huge range of ice cream desserts and cakes. All served in creative way. Friendly staff, clean tables. Reasonable prices and overall nice atmosphere. The only disturbance is a lack of parking spaces but you can always park somewhere near and walk to the place.

Very nice cafe. Staff were well trained and they are maintaining social distance. We ordered crepe and waffle. It was so fresh and yummy😍. Definitely i will visit that place for their waffle. It got lake view as well. Peaceful. I wanted to try their savoury after eating cold icecream but that was not available..that was disappointed. Other than that lovely place with good ambience.

Very nice choices of ice creams and waffles. The social distancing norms are in place and need to wait till someone assign us a table. There is a 25% discount if you are ordering and paying using mobile application. The staff were courteous and friendly..
