Delicious Dessert Lounge in Coventry

Bad experience place is cramped, ok if there are only 2 people otherwise not enough place for more than 2 on one table, there was no one welcoming customers then we were waiting for menu to come to table and lastly no-one was taking orders we waited 5 mins and then decided to walkout without ordering

Been here on at 5 occassions but would not visit again. The first time I went I had a wonderful experience with a nice hot desert and some mocktails. A little overpriced but was worth it. The next 3 out of the 5 times, I was served by a gentleman and on these occassions, I would pick a drink I would like but would be told they can't do that and to pick something else. I went through so many things on the menu on one of these occassions I had to actually ask to be told what was available. The last time I went was not by choice but necessity because my heavily pregnant wife craved two large strawberry mocktails. I was told by the female member of staff they had no strawberry syrup but she would make them taste exactly the same with something else. She used a lime syrup and safe to say it tasted nothing like the strawberry mocktail. I'd rather drive the extra 5 miles to a city centre desert lounge.

The staff were not very experienced, ordered the apple crumble waffle stick which should have had cinnamon, crumble and caramel on it, came with an apple syrup, NO crumble or cinnamon and white chocolate instead of caramel...sent it back and came back with apple syrup a bit of caramel and coarse cinnamon ....it was basically nothing like the description on the menu....if I had a choice I wouldn't even give 1 star. Staff need to listen to the customers rather than sitting there with ear pods in their ears and on their phones. When leaving the shop none of the staff acknowledged us....shows lack of customer service.

My daughter and I visited yesterday and were quite impressed. The place was quiet and relaxed which I prefer. The man that served us was very polite and made our food within a reasonable time. The food we had was lovely and the prices are very reasonable

Very dissatisfied with service, traveled from Birmingham with family individual orders came separately one person Already had finished before the next order came. Totally forget my wife's order had to go down and remind them by which time everybody else had finished eating. Went to eat out as a family not individually. This business is run by kids. Will not be returning any time soon. While I appreciate the fact you should give kids a chance to learn, you must also have a responsible adult supervising, guiding and teaching them about customer service and attitude.

Slices of cake are ok however don’t bother ordering a whole cake. Ordered one for my husbands birthday, top half was nice but second half was stale. Two different colour cakes, different textures, even different colour jam!! Called up to fix and they attempted to pretend the cake wasn’t from them, had to send pictures and receipt as proof and only got offered discount for next order. I don’t know if it was made by some one else or just old but will not be ordering again.

We waited 25minutes for our order. My partner and I have just been here and arrived at 515 we ordered a waffle, an icrcream and a milkshake and sat down while we waited.. about 4 or 5 other customers came in and ordered while we were waiting and they were all served before us.. all of them had left the restaurant with what they ordered while we sat and waited til 540pm to finally get our orders.. and my waffle came without any cream/ice cream!

An excellent place if you want good quality desserts and milkshakes. My favourite are: the cookie doughs and waffles! My favourite is the ‘strawberry romance’ and ‘delicious special’ cookie dough. The Kashmiri tea is worth getting and the falooda is the best I’ve had in ages. Well worth a return.The prices are fair and the staff are very warm and welcoming. Thank you for your kind hospitality and lovely service.

This is kids favourite dessert place in Coventry. The only downfall this time was they gave half an order first but we had to wait for good 10 minutes before the other order came in. The presentation of the food is always good.

Very nice. A great selection of ice-cream as well as waffles and hot drinks and cold drinks as well as milkshakes.
