Domelis in Coventry

Use this place regularly but last few times it’s always late and tonight it just didn’t turn up at all even though I’ve been charged. I’ve tried contacting the restaurant over ten times with no answer! I will be ringing tomorrow or driving to the establishment to get my money back won’t be coming here Again!

Absolutely terrible service often hours wait take your money and no answer 😠😠

I would recommend this pizza shop to anyone the food is delicious and they have different varieties also ice cream, the service is on point very friendly and professional. I received my pizza on time and I will definitely order from them again 😋👍

Would NOT recommend any member of the public to order food here. Food arrived 25 minutes late and barely hot. Called the owner of the store to ask where our order was. He was very rude, saying that he's too busy to talk right now even though we still hadn't received our order. I asked him politely how long it would take for our food to be delivered after waiting for an hour. His response was; "I'm too busy and have 6 order awaiting to be sent out for delivery. Just wait for it". This is NOT how an owner of the store should be talking to a customer PERIOD. The food was blend and had no taste. Wasted £20 on this place.FOR THE MANAGER OF THE DOMELIS STORE:TAKE SOME HOSPITALITY CLASSES AS YOU DO NOT KNOW HOW TO INTERACT WITH CUSTOMERS. Also sort out your food. It's disgusting. You're robbing customers by selling poor quality food products.

Called to order delivery, had to repeat order twice. He couldn't add up the cost of the order correctly after two attempts so I said I would cancel and go elsewhere. He then rang me back after 2 mins to try to retake the order!

Food arrived after about 45 mins, but with no sauce on either pizza. So a classic margherita is closer to rubbery cheese, on soggy toast.

Last time i ordered a large pizza it was very hot when i recieved it.especially i am very happy with the service which i have been provided with.

Phoned and placed an order, the guy was so rude on the phone. My order never turned up, I tried calling them several times but had no answer.

Over an hour late.. no sause on pizza an barely any toppings!
