Domino's Pizza in Coventry

Bad experience, ordered a pizza and it never turned up even though app said delivered. Phoned the pizza place who said a delivery attempt was made and they had phoned, both of which did not happen. Person on other end of phone was not very helpful and when asked to cancel and for a refund one was not allowed.

Good food, friendly staffs!

The staffs are not good. Very lazy staffs.The guy from delivery didn't go upstairs to give the pizza which I have ordered. I will buy not buy from you again. And the pizza was cold.

Charged me extra , eventually they refunded the sum that they over charged.I was told the order would be ready in 10-15 minutes, it took them 35 minutes for one pizza.Turns out it was ready but 3 of the staffs were busy chatting away while my fresh pizza was getting older by the minute.Just incapable staff, absolutely incompetent.I'd avoid going here if you do, expect to be waiting long then you should for your order.

This pizza its The worse dont buy from here a medium pizza its 19 £ and a large its 19.99£ wow and when I asa again they said sorry 17.99£ what îs that they try to take more money off you .

Disgusting experience. Pizza shows as delivered on the tracker, however it hasn't been. Called them, they were completely clueless and couldn't help.

Ordered 2 pizzas and after over an hour of waiting, the app was showing delivered. Called the place, the rude staff told me they have tried to deliver and now have disposed of the food. Never received any phone call or a ring on the door bell or a knock on the door. Incompetent staff, avoid.

On May 2, 1980, the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals in New Orleans found in favor of Domino's Pizza.

The sad reality of a franchise, no matter the brand - got my two pizzas delivered, with no dip and not a single drop of the sauces they usually put on top. I guess the staff doesn't bother to read everything and just do as they please. So I basically got two plain pizzas with ham/chicken and cheese(all I requested was no tomato and added ham, so no reason for the missing sauces on top) no toppings, no sauces and on top of that I paid for a big dip sauce, which is missing as well. I previously had bad experience with that particular dominos before, which was 2 years ago and the customer service was quite horrible. I guess nothing has changed, but this is definitely the last time I'm ordering from them.

Do not pay online at this store! I've ordered pizzas at this store multiple times and have paid cash, there were no issues. However, the last two times I paid upfront/online, the pizzas were crushed in the box and they were not the pizzas which I had ordered! On top of that, when the delivery driver handed me the pizzas (from the seat of his car), and I had realised they were crushed, he had quickly driven off!I then called the store and the member of staff I spoke to had the audacity to give me attitude. They clearly only care about taking customers' money. Quality of service and customer satisfaction is not a priority of theirs whatsoever. Do not pay online at this store!!!!!
