I do love this store lots of things you need in the house and at good prices. Friendly and helpful staff. Always come out with a full trolley. Would recommend 👌

First time that I've visited as I don't drive & had a lift. It's a brilliant store that sells everything imaginable. Excellent value for money & great customer service

Generally it's a great cup of coffee but today's was awful, just like dish water and, the toilets were grubby, there was no toilet roll in either cubicle and a dirty wet hand towel role on the floor of one cubicle. Never been that bad before.

This simply a wonderful shop, whether you are popping in or making an afternoon of it. We go in for a lovely strong cup of tea at the renound Plauza Cafe, then we take time to shop, and simply enjoy the experience.The vheckout girls are fantastic. CHRISTINA goes over and above, and really looked after us well. All in all, a lovely day out

Took mum who loves this place, quite difficult to get around all of the store with the wheelchair. Great range and helpful staff.

A huge store with so much choice. They even sell furniture and mattresses. Everything is easy to find and logically laid out. Staff are friendly and helpful. The car park is large but allows access to other outlets so it can get extremely busy with ques at busy times.

I have taken my 94 year old father for a wonder around, most interesting and well stocked with all sorts of quality products. A Cafe, toilet and parking right outside the door, lovely staff. Dad was blown away by the variety and he loved the experience. We had our own wheelchair but there was at least 1 available for customers.

Great parking by the large store. It has everything: bedding, curtains, fabrics and haberdashery, kitchen ware, some furniture, rugs, pictures, gifts, bathroom accessories, cushions, lighting and just lots of nice things for the home. Helpful staff too and I think there is a cafe.

Must say cafe went above and beyond this morning. As keto diet purchased large bap and they gave extra bacon instead of bread. Outstanding customer service

We visited on a Saturday afternoon and there was a member of staff greeting at the entrance with hand sanitizer for us.The whole store was well stocked with plenty of things to choose from and yes it's early October and the Christmas stuff is out.The staff were helpful and polite there were a lot of people shopping and the que at the tills was long but moving swiftly so a good experience from start to finish.
