Eastern Fried Chicken in Coventry

Yummy yummy pizza 🍕 chicken nuggets and fries are tasty fillet burger meal was awesome decent price I become a loyal customer.

Love their fresh chicken nuggets. Used to come here as a kid! Went back recently and it still tastes great.

They charge me twice I told hem to checked camera because I was sure i payd he said I check the camera and i call you back but he’s not

I should of known after previously ordering before, paid for my food, and it not turning up. For the shop to turn the phone off. Tonight I decided to order again after giving the place another chance only because I like their chicken nuggets, however, I am appalled that my nugget meal was not in the bag. It gets worse. The kebab in pitta meal I ordered came as a chicken batch that had seen better days. All of our order missing I rang the restaurant to tell them our order was wrong, I got passed from one unprofessional tw’t to the next telling me my order has been given to a house on the next street. untill they hung up. Feeling appalled the door went. I thought they had came back with a fresh order. 🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️ He only came with my order that he gave to another family that have passed it back to him and asked me for their food so he could take it to them. Disgusting. What’s happened to customer service. I don’t get how businesses like this are surviving when genuine people are out there struggling

Absolute disgrace! I waited 15mins for my chicken meals x4 also stated I wanted them fresh only to come home and see they were dry overheated fillets which were sat in the heaters for hours !!

Always good quality food either pick up or delivery.

Very nice place vegetable so fresh & yummy . Especially owner of this farm so nice personality ❤❤❤❤❤

What happened to this place, was 1of the best but now awful.Don't go there early as they serve yesterday's hard chicken, no wonder their small was like a large.Got stomach ache and think maybe food poisoning from eating here. Feel so disappointed NOT GOING BACK EVER

Food was okay. Really slow service. A 10-15 min wait turned to 35 mins! Still I was very calm seen as I had 4 kids with me and the wife and we wanted to eat in. Place was really cold too. Fries were very crispy. Cooked more on the outside than in.

Asked for a large mix tandoori Grill with Grill which would normally take some time to make as the meat has to be `Grilled' and does cost more than the standard mix kebab. From payment to food being in a bag and passed to me took..30 seconds! I asked the server was it fresh he said yea yea ..As expected when i got home food was cold and didn't taste fresh at all. Fries were the warmest thing out of everything. I was so annoyed i threw it away and didn't bother going back as it would be more hassle than it was worth. First and last time i will be going there.
