A lovely warm welcome and a great atmosphere when arriving. Staff are very understanding with any allergies and there's a separate menu which helps you choose. Great choice of food for everyone and service is top notch.

Fantastic service and meals. We were on a hen do and were offered free prosecco on arrival. Reece who served us was such a polite member of staff and was happy to create general chit chat too. Thank you for a lovely experience.

Great atmosphere, food and cocktails. Love the music very fitting. Vegan menu is really good. The vegan burger was so delicious. Been back since. Caters for children as well and as it is on a shopping park so there is loads of parking. Prices are reasonable, it's what you would expect to pay for their delicious food. Give it a try you won't be disappointed.

Celebrated boys 5th birthday party with family. Nice decor, American Italian? variety of food Inc veg/veg and allergy aware, good portions at reasonable price. Excellent customer service. Highly recommended

Dined at the Fort Shopping Centre Frankie and Bennies for Mothers Day with my son and what an amazing service we received. Both Cameron and Reece went above and beyond to ensure an exceptional service. Both are a credit to the restaurant. Food was delicious, as well as the cocktails made by the bar staff - they were incredible also! Will be returning.

Great service! Both fast and friendly especially given it was a Saturday lunch time at a shopping centre during Black Friday weekend. Only issue was that our table for 2 wanted wanted to eat from the new Christmas 2 and 3 course menu but we told that the items that we wanted to order we not available due to not having any turkey. On a Christmas menu?! Left us a little baffled that a Christmas menu didn't have any items available with turkey but apart from this issue, everything else was great. Even the staff members that didn't serve us waved us off with a smile and thanked us for coming. Will definitely stop by again soon and hopefully be able to enjoy something turkey related ;)

I visited with my family in October half term and enjoyed the food and the experience so much that I went back on 29th November and was not disappointed. The staff are all attentive and friendly especially Cameron.On both occasions Cameron has looked after us. He is friendly, professional, enjoys his job always has a smile on his face, makes you feel welcomed and has a great personality.I will definitely recommend to my friends and family and will be visiting again over the Christmas holiday.Thank you all for everything

We came here as a family to celebrate our sons GCSE results. And it was really good.Our waiter Mia was friendly and patient for us to settle in and order.Drinks came shortly after ordering and it's was very nice. I went for the milkshake that was very nice but it didn't last long. I thought the glass could have been a bit wider to get a decent amount in to be honest.We ordered food and that too came after a short wait.I got the steak, my son the ribs and the wife and the other son got burgers.Every thing looked really nice and tasted very good.I asked for a medium rare steak and to be honest, I thought it was a bit more medium that medium rare.The side dished was OK, but I like my chips to be thick and soft, unfortunately they serve chips that thin and a bit over done, so crispy and hard in some cases.Over all it was a nice experience and the prices was as expected for this sort of restaurant.
