Pizzas are always over cooked

I ordered my food at the counter, I was the only person there, and was told that food would be 10 minutes. I waited 15 minutes while observing what I thought was my food, as they'd already prepared most of my order, to be told that they didn't have what I had in stock and said they'd cook me a burger instead which would be 5 more minutes. When I asked to speak to a manager he kept repeating I've already told you it will be 5 more minutes. The manager approached and they had a full conversation in another language, despite the fact that both have spoken competent English when I've been in before. She listened to my complaint, didn't take any interest in it and walked away. I cancelled my order and got my money back.

Horrible staff don’t go made me pay £5 for 2 small chicken and chips very unhygienic don’t weare gloves no chair and the lady scratched her bum and made my food.

ABSOLUTELY AWFUL Found an insect within the mayo dip, called to speak to the restaurant and was not offered any type of apology. Would recommend for anyone thinking about eating here to go elsewhere.

I suggest they employ more delivery drivers, gets to the weekend and delivery always late, this time i cancelled order at 6.30 that was supposed to arrive at 5.59 . Get it sorted !!!!!!!!!!!1 star just to post review

So many bad things but where to start!! Placed an order at 7:30pm on the website for delivery which stated it would arrive at 8:30pm. The food was finally delivered at 9:45pm by which point the food was cold. I had called the staff several times to locate my order and their communication skills both towards myself and their delivery driver was appalling! I ordered a vegetarian meal and was disgusted to find a box of 2 pieces of chicken in my order, as well as my order being wrong. The staff didn’t see the severity of this and when I asked what they would do to rectify it, they seemed so blasé. The staff member took my email address and said she would pass it onto the manager but in turn, asked if I could call tomorrow to remind her to do this!! This is absolutely disgusting customer service, I should NOT have to remind her to do her own job! Completely disappointed with the whole experience.

WORST PIZZA IVE EVER TASTED. More toppings which were poorly chopped up than the actual cheese! Didn’t even taste the cheese. No dip? It’s a standard to provide at least one dip with any pizza and since it was so dry the only thing that forced the food down was the drink that came with it. No napkins as well, and the pizza was not a 9 inch! Stop falsely advertising. £9 gone out of my packet after fasting a whole day at uni. NEVER AGAIN

The best cuisine in coventry, truly a spiritual experience. Highly recommend to anyone passing by

Waste of money, no sauce in wrap the salad floppy. Pizza box was broken and the pizza was squished inside. If only they did refunds
