Hogan's Bar and Bistro in Coventry

Me and my partner found this little gem as the hotel we were staying at does not do food service until 18.30. That's just too late. We were hungry and did a Google search. 5 minute walk from Hotel . Superb Food Service And beers. The Staff are very friendly and Helpful. I must advise you that the Food here is absolutely superb. We are at the same Hotel again this weekend and are looking forward to eating here this evening.

We regularly eat here the food is great , they do a lovely breakfast, the staff are lovely , and they have a golf course too. Outside area has tables and seating, parasols for the summer. You don't always have too book but as the weather picks up it does get busy Highly recommended 👌

Had a wonderful evening, with excellent service from Claire, very accommodating to food orders, excellent food, steak and beautiful creamy peppercorn sauce. Very good portions, left full and happy.

Nice little restaurant it is quiet in the less busy days and very interesting location next to a Golf Range which is convenient if you get thirsty or hungry after you can come here. Food and drinks nice but it is slightly expensive in here. Staff are friendly and helpful will return! 👍

Lovely food great friendly service.Place deserves to be packed out, sadly it was just us and another family in a big room.Hidden gem in top end of Coventry.I say hidden gem as we drove past the entry which says Johnny Reay golf driving range n shop.

Im very sorry to say this restaurant has gone down hill.Service was very slow ( it wasnt even that busy)staff to busy outside on phones.Had nachos they were inedible just solid microwaved hard cheese no flavour to them.Large peice of pate with 2 small bits of bread, never ate just pate before without bread.Chicken wrapped in bacon again covered in the wrong cheese that goes solid very quickly making it inedible yet again.Would of had a desert but after waiting 20 minutes for plates to be removed thought better of it.Real shame this place has gone down hill had been coming here for over 15 years but not again..

Brought my mum here for Mother's Day. The food was outstanding! Staff couldn't do enough for you! It's a lovely little restaurant, I will definitely be returning again. I would also like to add how refreshing it was to see the manager mucking in, you don't normally see that! The team are like a well oiled machine.
