KFC in Coventry

Forget the complaints.You should be eating here. They mess up every order, without fail. Just ask for a refund and you'll get it. KFC are going to singlehandedly pay off my food bill at Uni because they mess up every order lmao.

This is the second time we have had a delivery from this establishment and the first time the gravy leaked all over the food within - accident.Today’s delivery expired on our doorstep, the door and covered the hallway carpet. Yes the gravy had leaked and the poor delivery person saw the escape of gravy all over the doorstep.Twice in unforgivable and highlights the total lack of customer service, care and brand quality from KFC.

Really disappointed and very poor behavior from the staff. The shop is not clean and tidy especially in the hand wash area, it is very congested and narrow room. The taste of the KFC flavored chicken is not there and it is not delicious. We brought family feast and party pack, the original taste of KFC was not there. This shop is not organized😡😡😡

I ordered a trilogy meal yesterday night. Chicken inside the burger was burnt and they were no salt in it. Rice also saltless and no spoons were served to eat them .And the separate fillet was too salty. Such a waste of money.

Great location, but that does mean it gets really busy. Even though there isn't a drive-thru they get really busy with orders via apps. However, staff are really friendly and efficient at their jobs so it isn't too much of a wait.The order area can get quite packed, but there is some seating downstairs. With a lot more seating upstairs.

Ordered a trilogy box meal and got delivered by uber. The box meal included a chicken wing chips and popcorn chicken. NO BURGER was in side. I've tried to call 15 times but know one is answering the phone. Now I'm going to have to drive down. Total rubbish service from this franchise. Not going there again

Very Worst experience in this KFC.I bought mighty bucket for one and burger mini. All the chicken was very old and burnt totally. And Mini burger was not looking like a burger it was like a bread and inside a burnt chicken. i bought it for 8.99 and I throwed everythimg which was not even eatable. very worst service and chicken they have.Dont go for this KFC particuarly please

Good food, but 70% of the people waiting to order food were not wearing masks.Also many of staff members were also not wearing staff.The chicken is good but the chips are usually cold and seem undercooked.What is it with KFC and sub-standard chips?The chips have improved of late but today I ordered coleslaw with my order and wasn't given a spoon/fork nor was I given sauces or napkins.They also had not had a delivery so were not able to provide everything on the menu.During my last few visits they have not provided sauces, napkins or plastic forks for the coleslaw.So make sure you check before you leave to safe you having to come back.This branch is going down fast.Every time I visit it seems to get worse. The chips are cold, no sauces, and napkins included and both my Zinger burgers had one scrap of lettuce on each of them.I won't be using the palace again I'll be giving my business to the branch in West Orchards in future.

Chicken was very oily and tasted like expired Chicken.After trying a bit I felt I wanted to vomiting. I was not able to finish the food.The customer service, was terrible as the Indian guy in the till seems he does no what he was doing and he was unprofessional. I didn't get any receipt for my order, a confirmation.I will not spend my money there.Food is unhealthy.

Was exited to get kfc for saturday evening, then when opened the bag and lifted the box the chickens has dropped on the sofa!!! thats how oily the chickens were disgusting!The chickens didnt have popular crispy skin.It was like chewing gum and so oily too...Meat wasnt cooked properly as well.Normally I dont give any reviews for restaurants but Im so disappointed with it and wanted to share an opinion.Only the salad was ok,nothing else.I think it is the worst KFC I ever had.
