Mcdonald's Restaurants in Coventry

Quick to order through the screen. Even with it being busy my food was ready within 5 minutes. Clean ish for a mcdonalds and polite staff. Would be a 5 star if the table was cleaner, but it was very busy.

Long queue, we entered and finished order in the kiosk. Some big fight started and it was all chaos for few minutes inside. The display monitors not working. After a long wait, we got our order. Even though we mentioned eat in, no tray was given, it's a bag like take away.all the food was cold and doesn't feel like fresh.

Probably the best McDonald's I've had in a long time. I had my son with me in his pram and its just not overly accessible due to the tables being so close together and the amount of people in there. I found it quite stressful trying to find a table, feeding my son and using the confined changing area supplied.

The food here is mostly good but the milkshakes are terrible they are all lumpy and bitter.Also whenever i try to order online they always miss something out or get the order wrong when i ordered muffins they gave me donuts and when I ordered a cookie they did not bring it.I understand that they are busy but before you deliver the order please double check that it is correct. One last thing i would like to ask if you can pay cash when you are eating inside but other then that the foods and drinks are really good my personal favourite are Chicken Nuggets chocolate chip cookie and caramel frappe.

The fries were hot but our burgers were cold. There were too many groups of children eating without being accompanied by an adult. We witnessed young children swearing which was very off-putting. The staff are very hardworking. I don't know if I will be returning.

Visited the Coventry City Center Macdonald this evening.This particular facility is always busy and buzzing with crowd. Service was good and pretty quick.No complain there.Restrooms are there to use.Overall a decent experience.

I ordered one chicken mayo, one double cheese burger and one toffee latte. It took over 20 minutes to get the sandwiches and when they supposed to give me also the latte that was not ready because they did not have whipping cream, so for that they took another 10 minutes. I understand there was big queue and shortage of staff, I would suggest them to spend a bit more attention on organising themselves and trying to prepare the orders as they come not order 87 and then 04 and then 76 and after that 94 etc. ...

Great at taking the order, terrible at serving it out. One power lady, shouting out the orders at the front, whilst in the background a team were looking to fulfill the orders. Top marks to the lady on the front desk, bottom marks to the management for under resourcing. Thinking about it, the front desk lady stayed calm, pleasant, and in control in a war zone. She needs to look ahead train up in management, black lady, say a size 14, maybe the uniform wasn't flattering.

The worst milkshake I've ever had, and I don't say that lightly. It was weirdly bitter and barely sweet, hardly even looked like a McDonald's chocolate milkshake, even though I know that's what I ordered and, in turn, received.

I ordered a big mac, with removing salat and adding extra onions and pickles. Big mac came without my extras, and with extra salat. And "extra" idk what is it some burnt piece of food or idk what is it. Disgusting
