Millsy's in Coventry

Decent and friendly service but the food left a little to be desired. Cappuccino was tepid ,but in fairness they brought a replacement without fuss,unfortunately not any hotter. We both ordered full English ,mine with scrambled instead of fried egg. The scrambled was delicious, however that's the only positive. The sausages were overdone and like leather , toast on the burnt side also.

Good food, and The staff were great and the atmosphere is really nice.

As little as five weeks ago I couldn’t recommend Millsys highly enough. Since then: first the food quality dropped, then the reliability of the kitchen to even deliver food took a hit, now finally you can sit there waiting to be served while serving staff stand around gossiping at the top of the stairs. What happened?!

Nice place, gorgeous staff with a welcoming smile. Tasty food, good portions, fresh and delicious. Had a good time. A place to return again.

Excellent place for breakfast, specially pancakes. Very polite and friendly staff. It sometimes get busy in the weekend mornings, but pancakes are worth the wait.

In the main the food was enjoyable and the service was prompt, and we had a nice early evening meal.However, we deliberately chose Millsy’s because one of my friends is vegan and they have a separate vegan menu advertised online. Very disappointed to find that the vegan menu wasn’t offered even when requested, and my friend only had one option to pick from for a main and one for dessert. We don’t expect every restaurant to cater for all dietary requirements, of course, but please don’t advertise that vegan options are available if it isn’t the case!

Sunday Lunch was lovely. Bruschetta was unreal! Really nice afternoon out. The staff were great and the atmosphere is really nice.

Fantastic cake and small coffee offer £3 Or slice of Pizza £4 Then had the Dine out offer on. Cakes were lovely
