Foods not bad it's just a pity they can't serve it while it's still hot .

Friendly staff, not impressed with the new menu though. The big breakfast options have gone and they have done away with the bottomless coffee and softdrinks. And do you REALLY need to serve a slice of toast in a bucket?I don't know what's happened to the cafe but I've noticed a drastic decline over the last few months. The horrible self service machine never seems to get your order right, twice now it's omitted bits of my order and you can't customise all your items, e.g. you can't specify if you want white or brown toast and you cam only use the till if you're paying cash as the card machine is broken. How long does it take to get a card machine fixed? Seriously, it's beyond a joke.Today I ordered a breakfast and the toast was forgotten as was the extra sourdough toast I added, the latter was omitted by the self service machine then I ordered pie and mash and it was brought out minus gravy and when I pointed this out I was told it would be brought out now.And over 10 minutes later I'm still waiting for it.I'll give it another 5 minutes and request a refund, this is really taking the biscuit. The person in charge needs to perform his/her duties.I'll definitely not be visiting the place anymore as the decline isn't a one off it's a permanent and constant state of affairs.I would have given 0 Stars if it was possible to do.Also the claim that the card machine on the till isn't working seems to be less than truthful as they've just used it to issue my refund.I really would like someone from Morrison's to answer that mystery to me.And to really add insult to injury they didn't reimburse me the correct amount, FC UK you Morrison's, incompetently pathetic doesn't even begin to cover it.

Offered poached eggs on menu but no staff seem able to poach eggs as everytime we have asked they tell us they don't have any left. If only they could take the raw ingredients for the fried eggs or scrambled eggs and you know, poach them. That would be too much hassle though. Ordered a breakfast with black pudding and was served one without but instead they had kindly substituted it with 1 slice of plain white toast. Because they are even remotely the same.Sausages were awful, I've had more meat in a vegan sausage and less bread in a sandwich.Fried bread, utterly desimated.Honestly, it's cheap but still not worth the money paid, I'd have enjoyed myself more at a funeral on Sunday morning christmas day. Less than one star if I could.

Had been put off from Breakfast here many years ago, but what a turn around. Breakfast was excellent and thanks to the Government Scheme the price was a steal. Highly recommended!

Tasty food. Waited over 20 mins for our baked potatoes on a Saturday afternoon. Food was nice with a lovely fresh salad. Good size portions for a reasonable price. They were offering a special offer of a family meal for 4 costing £10.00 for whole family. Staff were friendly and polite. Cafe was clean and airy with comfortable seats. Nicely decorated.Room for wheelchairs to be manoeuvred past tables.

Nice café good value great digital ordering system. Friendly staff served in a reasonable time. Tidy and clean. All day breakfast was very nice though they need to cook the fried egg just a tad longer I enjoy a runny yolk but can't stand runny white.

New Menu is terrible. You are forced to order things you don't really want. Healthier options have been dropped. Quality has dropped. Always a long wait for your food. I have heard people complaining to the Management on my last two visits. Disapointing. Always liked eating at Morrisons. They are letting themselves down.

We eat in a fair few Morrisons as my Grandad loves them. This however was obmissmal compared to their normal mediocraty. It's a supermarket cafe so I don't expect a lot, but this place fell short of even these expectations. Our meal took 40 minutes to arrive. My Dad ordered scrambled egg on toast, the toast arrived seperately to the scrambled egg and dry. On requesting butter for his toast he was told that it would be extra. I did not realise dry toast was the standard.I had a bowl of chips and beans, can't get that wrong right? Well the chips were chips, the beans however, smelt like dirty dish water and since they were all over the chips made it all inedible.Staff in general clueless and rude. Wouldn't bother.1 star for food arriving at all.1 for the price.
