Oriental Palace in Coventry

Ordered from here tonight, I ordered egg fried rice, chicken chow mein, chicken curry & chips and have to say that was the best Chinese takeaway I’ve ever had and I’ve had a lot of Chinese takeaways 😂 was all cooked bang on! Tasted amazing, thank you for my free prawn crackers. can’t wait to order again!

Don’t even think to order from this place . Very bad food. Unhygienic ( bad smell from the food and old meat) , bad customer service, rude delivery driver ( the restaurant’s own delivery service). My brother and I got a stomachache after having their food and when we were trying to explain about the food quality, the owner of the restaurant talked in a rude manner and he didn’t accept their mistakes I strongly advise don’t order any food from this place ever.

Voting on behalf of the restaurant I believe is closed now, it was very good place. Would love to see it open again, unlimited table service. Great staff and fresh food.

I shared earlier and got one thing wrong. It turned out my child had ordered Singapore fried rice for me which was why it had prawns chicken and pork. The satay fried rice is vegetarian which I will have next time.

Very tasty food, they have really good and quick service. They portion are decent but you can get a large of the dishes for an extra pound

Food turned up over 20 minutes after it should have. Chicken and mushroom was packed out with carrot, onion and other greens and it tasted awful, this is this first time I have not eaten a chinese meal because of its taste. First and last time for this restaurant.

Good food! I had a set for two, which is enough for four people. I will buy from this takeaway again.

We visited Oriental Palace as we wanted to go somewhere 'fancier' to celebrate a special occasion, and it certainly lived up to expectations :)Price: £16.95 for all you can eat!Pros:- Food was very good and you can't go wrong with portions because if you want more...you can order the same thing again!- Very nice people! The man and lady who were looking after our table were absolutely lovely, very friendly and shared a few laughs.- It was a hot day, without even asking they got a fan just for our table which was a very nice gesture.- FREE PRAWN CRACKERS!Cons:- A slight language barrier, however it wasn't a big issue as we could still communicate well enough.- Cash only, and the cash machine they had inside was broken.Overall it was a very pleasant experience and we would definitely go back again. At the moment, our favourite Chinese restaurant in Coventry!

The best Chinese restaurant in Coventry. Food is very tasty and the portions are quite big. The restaurant is clean and the staff is very polite. My advice for them is to add on the menu a photo of each dish.
