Papa John's in Coventry

Very nice pizza and staff fast and polite.

Bloody nightmare to order a pizza 🍕 😕 spent 10mins registering 😆 and when I go to put card details the screen goes mad and hey presto they have lost my trade domino's it is then 🙃

Wowza, amazing pizza and sides!! Can not fault any of it, well cooked and great choices as well. Much better than some of the big competitors.

Ruined my Euro 2020 final no bbq sause on Pizza, Pizza slices cut horribly and warm Mountain Dew.

A very hit and miss pizza shop in Coventry. Ordered a vegan pizza and received a half half pizza with meat on it. I returned the pizza but didn't receive any apology or whatsoever. Always check your pizza before leaving the shop. Do not give them the benefit of the doubt. Although I have to say Papa Johns head office were really good in their response to my bad feedback to customer satisfaction survey.

Always order from here and food always lovely but tonight they got my order wrong and put bbq sauce on pizza which if my son had any then we would be calling an ambulance as he has a reaction to bbq sauce so why would i order a pizza with bbq sauce knowing my son would end up in hospital so i rang and told them about it and was told its my fault not theirs and was told if i wanted another to order and pay for one and got phone put down on me disgraceful customer service wont be going there again i advise anyone with an alleges not to order from then

I think their cheese and tomato pizza is much better than its competitors. Always delivered on time. Final verdict: Recommended ( medium)

Food was cold , driver was late .asked for sauce bbq sauce they gave me garlic Mayo bearing in mind I ordered vegan pizza .never again

Always order from this store and today I received a pizza that was way below the usual standard, very greasy it made me sick, I tried to call the store but no answer, so I email customer services at head office who refuse to give me my money back because I didn't take it to the store to be investigated. I had the pizza delivered because I didn't want to go out and I am expected to go out to return something I was not happy with, treated me like I was lying! Do not use this store if you expect any kind of service. I would have given zero stars if this was an option!

On two occasions I have been let down by this branch. For a start this branch does not open until 4.30pm for collection ( despite the website saying otherwise). Also if you order online they don't tell you if there is a problem. Today I called in because my pizza was 30 minutes late. They said there was a problem with their computers and I was not going to get any pizza... they could have told me this when I ordered the pizza 5 hours earlier online! NEVER AGAIN.
