Penny Farthing in Coventry

I had booked for a party of 12 for dinner and we had submitted our choices in advance as requested. All the food was good and the staff behind the bar worked hard to make sure that the drinks orders were sorted promptly.

My local pub, such a good family friendly place with live tv but doesn’t feel forced on you if you aren’t watching. Good is always great with good portion sizes for the prices. Staff always polite, enjoyed our visit as always. Be back soon!

Booking was easy and straight forward. Friendly, helpful staff. Food was delicious and we weren’t waiting long after ordering for it to come out. Lovely pleasant atmosphere, all round great meal out with the family at a lovely friendly pub ☺️

Great staff, atmosphere, food & value. We visit regularly. Brilliant pub to socialise with friends or just go for a quiet drink.

Great local pub for eats and drinks. Their menu has a wide range of food, including a very good choice of vegetarian and vegan meals. There is also a good choice of beers available to suit all tastes. There are quite a few tables here but it would be wise to book up if you intend to try this pub for a meal. By the way, you need to know this . . . the prices are VERY reasonable!The staff at The Penny Farthing are thoughtful, kind and very considerate. Give it a try, you won't be disappointed.

Food is great again!! Really nice pub, good selection of food and ales. They do good pizza 🍕 in their own pizza oven and tasty ice cream. Good vegan food too - nice vegan pie!!

Have been for meals many times and always had good food, well cooked, nicely presentedThe staff are friendly and the service is good.We went for Christmas lunch and it was excellent. I think it's good value for money.

Ordered 2 coffee part way through a walk.Friendly welcoming staff, clean, loos smelled nice, were clean and liked the lights round the mirrors.Only negative was that the 2 ladies loo door was not lockable. Good job I wasn't desperate!Reported to staff who I later found out was the manager, who said after inspection, that the door had dropped and get would get it fixed.Let's hope so....I'll be checking. 😉
