Phantom Coach in Coventry

Poor quality food and poor quality service. We also witnessed the staff turning walk ins away as the tables were 'booked' even though there were so many free tables.

Would highly recommend for a private party or wake. The side room is perfect for this and even has its own toilets. All staff were extremely helpful and friendly, they couldn't do enough for us. Hot buffet was excellent value for money and very tasty. Everyone commented on how good the food was. They even provided us with takeaway pots for the leftovers. Thank you so much to Kieran and the team for helping us give our nan the day she deserved Xx

Fantastic pub/restaurant. Very welcoming from the moment of arrival. Excellent choice of drinks, food choice plenty, reasonably priced and decent portions. We'll worth a visit

On our way back from the NEC, decided to search for a place to eat, with suitable star rating. The Phantom Coach came out tops.Food was nice, decor reminded me of the old style public houses for the regulars, a little dated.For a first time experience, it was good, service was quick and friendly, and the next time I venture in that direction, will definitley stop again.

Came in today,to taste the new menu,was really busy when we came in the barman was great helped us pick some great food as wasn't sure what to have,it came out prompt tasted amazing highly recommended.

Amazing Saturday night here! Pub atmosphere was amazing, quick service on drinks and the team were fun, polite, efficient and professional. I haven’t been to many pubs since lock down, including this one for a while, you can see a change in the pub, a great one! Staff are happy, well moulded and was really nice to see a manager interact with his team and regulars in a professional and fun way. I Will be ordering food next time as I was getting envious of the food around me! Thank you for a great Saturday night, will be back for food, drinks and the quiz!

Service was terrible, the man at the bar was rude. I asked for a student discount and he even saw my student card. However, when I looked at the receipt afterwards, the student discount was not applied. When I asked for the discount again, he said "tough luck mate, the till is closed". The chicken was cooked really badly and was incredibly chewy.Awful experience, strongly encourage future customers to visit elsewhere.

The Phantom Coach provided a breakfast which was really good, after my brother's funeral as it was an early time. They only charged for the amount of family and friends who came. They were friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend them.
