Pizza Hut Delivery Coventry North Courthouse Green in Coventry

Yes was busy at time of visit but staff completely un helpful, seemed very focused on all the online dispatch riders/drivers and not other order types.

Ordered a meal deal plus chicken nugget sides. The nuggets were the size of 50 pence pieces when I complained they didn't believe me, so I sent the store and headoffice pics then they apologised.. its shouldn't of happened they thought its a Web order and delivery only they thought customer wouldn't do much..Best off to dominos all round better quality of food..

Pizza hut coventry really good, staff is very friendly, specially Aazur, she help customers out of her. Really friendly and good example for customer service

I did order a pizza and side order tonight which it did cost me around 20 quid they mixed up every one pizza after 50 min when i asked for my money they refused to pay my money back and they said claim back online when i asked for my food they said it has been out with the delivery driver by mistake so they did try to get me the same food which it has been out for 30 min and cold with the driver absouletly disgrace no one give you straight answer and tell you to complain online dont waste your money

Ordered from this Pizza hut after a few years. Normal place we order from was closed. So i thought lets give pizza hut courthouse Green a chance and see how good they are. So, online it states food will be here in 25 to 35 minutes. It arrives about 50 minutes later. Which wasn't a big deal. HOWEVER, pizza boxes were a little squashed up just to fit inside their food bags. Again, no big deal... HOWEVER, when we opened the pizza boxes the pizzas, all 3, were fairly burnt around the edges. Not at all pleasing to the eye. Called the branch and the gentleman on the phone was asking Me, what should he do about it. To be fair he did offer to send me fresh new pizzas but then the starters we ordered would have gotten cold. Again he said what would you like me to do. Asked for a refund but I need to contact customer services. Ended up eating whatever was not burnt as family were hungry and we waited long enough. Will definitely avoid this particular branch.

Took my money from my account, claimed they never had the order. Gonna be a fun convo with head office and trading standards tomorrow. Thanks to my bank I have all the evidence I need.
