First of all if I could give 0 stars I would . I went in yesterday on the Thursday 5th May for a birthday meal and it was the worst experience I've ever had in my 26 years of living . The place was disgusting .... the staff did not want to take my order even though I had called the lady over. I asked politely as my phone had no service she looked at me really blunt and told me she can't as its all changed during covid. I then had to go outside to find service to try and order my food. After ordering my food came every 10 minutes . My pizza came first then 10 mins later my fries came and my garlic bread came after 20 mins as I couldn't enjoy anything . Not to mention I had to walk to the counter atleast 8 times yesterday!!! The staff were not bothered at all and were all having a chat and laughing together in the corner on their phones not bothered about the paying customers . I then had to pack my dessert but there was no takeaway spoons which I found shocking . Anyway do yourself a favour from experience do not eat here if you are looking to enjoy it ! BIRTHDAY RUINED.

Was simple to order via the app. The food was delivered quickly after it was ordere and the quality of the food was amazing. The atmosphere of the restaurant was fun. The staff were very pleasant and friendly.

You need a bang up to date smartphone for the app to work. The waitress would not take an order any other way. There is a very very nice brewers faire next door who will let you order normally. They got our business.I really used to like this chain. Don't think i'll bother with pizza hut again!

Overall it was a nice experience. I'll start with the positive points. The whole ordering experience is done through your phone, which makes this process easier. The main meals came out promptly and all five of us were happy with the quality. Onto the negatives... The mains were at our table in around 20mins, during a busy Sunday half-term lunch BUT waiting 30 minutes for dessert was just too long. Especially as it was a brownie and an ice-cream dish. It was only at this point that they had to juggle handling our desserts and clearing our empty plates. It may have been an oversight but I think they could have had someone clear the table and maybe say that desserts are on their way but the kitchen is busy. The biggest negative has to be the state of the toilets here. It is a fairly large restaurant and at the time I was here, they had a large birthday party and probably over half the capacity of tables. I had four females with me and they informed me that the toilets were quite dirty and there was only one cubicle to use. I don't know what state the men's room was, as I didn't use them but you can't have one female cubicle at a restaurant of that size.

Had table for 2. That was the worse experience ever.Salad bar hardly filled up in space of over an hour we were there none of the sauces have been topped up. Bad practiceWe had pizza to share which we hardly ate as it was super super thin and burned (crispy pizza ?? No thanks) not much attention from staff eitherDefinitely won't be going back

Came here for a meal with kids on a Saturday evening. Literally walked out when we saw the state of the place. Litter everywhere and dirty. It did not look hygienic at all. No chance!

Great pizza at the Coventry Cross Point restaurant. Service was great until the puddings were due. Waited more than 20 minutes whilst other tables around me who had ordered the same puddings after me were served before me.No paper napkins were available so was supplied a soggy blue roll as an alternative. Not the most hygienic.BUT, all in all it was a good meal with friendly staff.

Nice ambience but sorry to inform that no tissues were kept in the table and not giving proper info about the services offered and even after asking for tissues took long while. When requested to pack the left over pizza to take home they just have the box to us to pack it by ourselves.

Firstly, do not forget to book your table using the Pizza Hut restaurant app as we had to wait around 30min for a table. The salad selection here is less compared to other places but the food was tasty and hot. The place gets a bit busy at night and they run out of salad easily but the staff is lovely. There is a bar to the restaurant and a really nice vibe.

When we first walked in it did not seem like the typical Pizza Hut. But the staff were friendly and explained how the new style or ordering worked. So they have moved from restaurant to cafeteria style where you order at the counter the get a number for your table. The server kept asking what our number was considering we were one of only 2 tables it seemed a bit weird made it feel really impersonal. The food was delivered by a different server and he was friendly and joked with is so lifted the atmosphere. The food was very middle of the road, nothing special at all. My thin crust was far from thin. It just felt a bit cafe like. I think if you're looking for a place that has a salad bar and don't mind American pan pizza then this will be great. I prefer an Italian thin crust but that is my personal preference.
