A great place for friends and family (Adults only)The security men were outstanding especially with a drunken lout who thought he was a big man, couldn't thank them enough for their behaviour and professionalism,The bongo bingo was great fun, I'm just glad I didn't win more than once with the "strange" prizes to be won,The bar staff were excellent at controlling people and the only let down was the prices,I wouldn't hesitate to go again but maybe not hurt my card so much next time, it's too easy to go mad especially in rounds

Great venue for live music not so keen on the bar which only serves bottles or cans.

Cracking night out. Attended The Moochers in concert. Bar staff there are brilliant. Always friendly with quick service. 2nd time here and it won't be the last.

Wedding anniversary afternoon tea. Great communication, excellent service quality of the food brilliant. A bit on the pricey side but we only celebrate out anniversary once a year.

Horrendous experience!I booked me and my 4 year old tickets to watch rapunzel, two weeks after booking I get an email they changed our seats.. a week later I get an email stating the date I booked had been cancelled and they gave us a new date without asking but the email got sent to my spam.And today another week later the event has been cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances.. thank goodness the Albany theatre came to the rescue and I have rebooked at a professional venue.

Very disappointed. First impression was nice smart venue. Went to bar to get a pint of bitter but was told don't sell it ! Ok I then went for a pint of Lager only to find they don't sell that either ! Only small bottles of Lager at £4 each !! They actually host weddings here, I wonder if they tell them the lack of choice before they book ?

Went to one of the Fanzones to watch the boxing. We paid for the premium package which include a free drink and food for up to 8 people including a table and seating. To be honest food was ok choice of options curry, hotdogs or wings nothing special but comfort to watch the fight with a drink.Nice, friendly staff and good atmosphere. Was a little bit on the cold side in there. But all in all a good night. And would go again.

Great little place, make sure you book a table. The food was exceptional and well presented. Had the soup of the day, a creamy tomato soup and my partner had the best spicy wings (well recommended) for the starters and a for mains had the Loft burger and the Sunday chicken roast. There was even room for dessert, marmalade bread and butter pudding and chocolate brownie with some amazing honeycomb ice cream. Everything made on site by their wonderful chefs.If you end up earlier in the day, they serve breakfast and have a evening menu.

Quality venue for performing and watching music. We are very much looking forward to performing there again soon!! Friendly, conscientious, reliable staff!
