They provided for a pleasant night in all aspects. The staff were friendly, helpful and customer service was on point. The lounge was cozy and comfortable.

Nice atmosphere. Was very quiet when we went as it was a weekday. Love the cute little parrots they have before you walk into the main bit. Makes the place look really good! Friendly and professional staff. Recommended me and friends a good flavour as it was our first time there. Had a lovely herbal tea and cake mmmmm. Definitely recommend

This review is in response to the most recent review by which the owner responded to by being rude and lying. He said our attitude stunk from the minute we stepped in however the staff that served me were very happy to have a friendly conversation unlike the owner did. Me and my friends were seated in the rooftop area. We were not aware that a big group of people coming into the lounge, and we were not notified of this earlier. They called in after we was there for about 30 minutes. This group of people could have been seated where they moved us however, we obviously were treated badly. As we were there first, we should be a priority, which the owner obviously didn't understand. We were told to move from our seats by the owner who did not give us any respect as he was playing a game of Ludo whilst speaking to us. Great management :). We were moved towards the inside which isn't part of the actual lounge seating area. We were not offered coals for the whole duration we were there. The owner is blatantly lying as he was having a chat with some other people seated behind us for the whole time we got moved. We were offered a coal change literally as we were about to leave.I strongly recommend going to H2O lounge as the atmosphere is a thousand times better and it wasn't as if we were seated in the corridor of a council estate house. I would not waste my precious time and money on this shisha lounge. It is a shame that I drove and wasted my petrol in this fuel pandemic as fuel prices have shot up recently. I commend this lounge for being the worst shisha lounge I have been to. And again, they didn't change our coals once.

i had traveled all the way from Nottingham toCoventry only to be disappointed. Upon arrival we was seated in the rooftop area however, 30mins later we was told we must move as they are booked up. to which i said they should have informed us before seating us. and the gentleman responded whats the problem your still smoking. the problem was they had moved us into a hallway away from the main feature that we had travelled for the 'rooftop terrace'. Furthermore, as we was placed away from the main room they had forgotten about us and did not offer us a coal change until we got ready to leave which was a whole football match. very poor service will not be visiting again and would not recommend travelling for.

Extremely slow service, came for shisha but our coals had completely gone and no change for them, staff are very kind though. Food was good music was very loud and parking was difficult to find. Shisha wasnt great would not come back again.

This is the best shisha place in cov! And in whole UK. Staff is very kind, humble and always ready to help. Best shisha flavours and "original" flavours only available here. Next comes the food, please try our new meatylicious burger or pizza, ngl you won't stop coming back for it!Sky is the only place open till late (4 am) anywhere in the uk, best spot to smoke a shisha and chill. I would suggest Miss Asia, but i have tried new mix which is GM and hint of fizzy. Woah! banging flavour ever!I loved my time at sky! Shisha also available for delivery which is the next best thing about sky.And if I'm ever back again I'm gonna smoke my shisha at sky and no where else.Thanks you soo much guys for having me and bearing with me!!!!

The shisha is amazing with perfect flavours. The staff are always welcoming and provide a very good service. The atmosphere is lit and DJ Martin plays the music you love on request ❤️ will surely recommend this place for shisha lovers 💯

The shisha was amazing and had a wonderful experience with my friends. The staff are really welcoming. Frozen blueberry bluemist and frozen apple raspberry and lychee mist are flavour i would like recommend.
