Just another average takeaway for fast food. Good got a quick snack and a bite to eat.They can get your order from time to time. There is parking is available, can get busy and customer service reasonable for ghetto Coventry.WC facilities available and dining. Can get a bit messy and cold when eating inside during winter. Just have a poxy little heater.

I have been here several times. Food was not too bad until recently. I ordered a fillet burger and a wrap. The chicken was very dry. The next day I told the guy on the counter about the day before and ordered the same again. When I asked if this chicken was not dry and fresh? His reply in exact words after looking at the chicken was ‘ I don’t know’. My mistake of going ahead with the order and this time it was worse. The chicken was so dry that it might have been from the day before. The management should seriously look into this. As I’ve been put off now!

I ordered few time from this place and it was horrible. They said the order will be ready in 15 minutes but that's not true because I been wait for 45 minutes and I don't know about them Hygiene is good or not because it doesn't look like. I saw one guy from inside touched all foods without wearing gloves, some one could allergic to other food. I been keep ask them please when the foods gonna be ready because my kids are inside car and they keep saying 2 minute brother. What I ordered it wasn't fresh so I decided not to go there anymore and not recommend to any one.

Food tastes nice. But not sure if their hygine is of a good standard( but I still ago). They are rated 3 for their hygiene standard but they don't display it. Long time ago it was zero (but I still go there from time to time). staff isn't friendly either. Please check everything if you doing a takeaway as they didn't give me all of the items (happened twice to me)

Nice fries burger was okay lacked taste or spice.

Ordered food for an office party, via online app. Order was not confirmed even after 40 minutes. Called them and they said they'll deliver soon. Then got an email that the order has been cancelled. Called them again and the guy on phone said he can't deliver food nor can he amend the order or refund it because the owner is not there. He asked me to call back in half an hour to talk to the owner. Had to order again at another place. Very irresponsible behaviour by the restaurant. Never ordering again.

Good when first opened, food was tasty but there were long waits. one time waited 45 minutes And the order was still wrong and the staff couldn't give a monkey's and then made me wait another 15 minutes And when I complained they gave a complementary drink, what a absolute joke. vowed never to step foot there again, my husband then went and ordered a chicken leg and came home and guess what it was the wrong piece, we then rang them up and no one bothered to answer, funny for a fast food place, then we went there and what a surprise the staff were not bothered and gave no apology and seem confused about what was in the order, interesting that. customer service is appalling and food is not even above average taste, if it were possible I would give them no stars and I would not go there ever again and I would recommend that if your hungry don't even spend a penny there your better of going to dixy which is a couple of shops away or you could even go toros.

I will not be ordering from here ever again the chicken was not fresh chicken strip was rock solid and pizza was not same as the way they used to make it. My advice stop selling chicken,wings and strips because no one hardly buys it becoz it does not look good and does not taste good and it's a piece of rock which can damage your teeth. You want to learn how to make good chicken and burgers go to pizza planet .

Used to be good but now is terrible. I used to love the peri peri chicken wings but they r not always consistent sometimes they come very dry sometimes they come saucy. They also tend to forget some of our food during delivery’s and expect a tip. One time they forgot a whole pizza and once we closed the door we found the Pepsi was open and had spilled all over our food. Finally the food is sometimes very oily and greasy which is very disappointing.

I've eaten at spices twice and ordered food home via delivery once.When eating there the food was great, fresh food good service good timing and you've got to try the masala fish.However when got food delivered home the fries where soggy fish was cold and the chicken seemed too old.so advice is eat there do not order home
