Really good dessert shop - reasonably priced and very generous portions!

The waffle I had was very nice, its got plenty of toppings on and it was a good sized portion and worth the money (maybe wait for a pay day if you're going with a few people, some of the waffles ect are around £8 each) the service was quick too..... If you're diabetic bring extra insulin though!

Fabulous choice of different ice cream flavours that are reasonably priced. I always just have scoops of ice cream rather than the more elaborate desserts including sundaes hot waffles and ice cream etc

Tried to refuse access to my service dog who is fully trained and certified. After I said he was a service dog a member of staff said I don't care and wanted him out.I stood my ground and they were rude to the group I was with. Gave wrong orders and were just horrid. I'm currently reporting this to the police as this has caused me huge mental stress and anxiety

Waited for 35 minutes to get our food just for one of our family members to get the wrong cookie dough. We told them they were a vegetarian and couldn't eat marshmallows and they said they were vegetarian marshmallows. Definitely not! They were halal with beef gelatine.When he finally got his meal it came burnt - photo for proof - and on top of this, one of the cups we drank from had lipstick stains! All of the cutlery is dirty, the manager was extremely rude and loud making our experience horrible. Not worth the cold, soggy waffles or the price.The ladies toilets are filthy. I once found a bunch of curly hairs in the sink as if someone was shaving. They also have no soap.The cleaner also sprayed bleach so potent two of us left with a coughing fit.Nah this sounds made up. The manager just walked out past us and said "I've had enough!"Poorly run, understaffed and very depressing. Should just close down.

Was left waiting almost 50 minutes for my order when the rest of my party had finished eating only to get the wrong order and have to send it back. The toilets didn't even have soap. And in addition to all this, ordered a coffee and the cup was dirty with lipstick stains. They did not apologise and tried to charge us for another coffee. They used a chemical spray on the tables that caused a coughing fit and irritated our throats, and an employee even walked out from their shift and said they'd "had enough"!

My second time in this place, Creams was Closed So my and my boyfriend came to this place to sit and spend nice time. Unfortunetely it wasn't... For 19 pounds we got this what was on the picture... My first request: PLEASE OWNER OF THIS PLACE TRY THIS DESSERT IN THE JAR BY YOURSELF. Dessert in the jar was one mass a lot too much sweet and not tasty. My waffer wasn't tasty as well. On the top was far too much white chocolate and after a moment it get hard! I had to put all on the site. Man on the cash machine had no eye contact with customer and i couldn't hear his voice. All place where waffers and pancackes were dirty... I know it was very busy but standards are standards and should be keep with food.It was womens day and i had very bad feelings after visited this place.

Ordered the “bananatella & cookie” crepe to discover that the workers in the store had swapped the hazelnut butter with peanut butter. My partner has a peanut allergy and is now suffering with a reaction. They did not state in the description that the waffle would be made with peanut butter. Please be aware!!!! Definitely will not be returning if they’re willing to put their customers lives at risk like this.

Great place come here quite a lot friendly staff and massive range of ice cream and gelato to choose from in a range of different options such as waffles, pancakes, sundaes, cones, pis and more.They also offer baked goods different cakes etc not tried them but they do look very nice.Plenty of space and always clean and tidy in there would highly recommend this place for a sweet treat.Fully accessible for wheels chairs, peaks etc.
