Starbucks Coventry Broadgate in Coventry

Too slow, 3 or 4 guys behind the counter looking at each others and chatting, long queues, slow service, 15 minutes waiting for my coffee! impossible standard for Starbucks. too crowded, and tables are always dirty, pastries are not fresh. Worst Starbucks experience in all my life

Charlie gave me excellent service as I picked her brain about vegan choices 😊 I never have a bad experience here.

I was standing in front of till to order, after waiting for 10 minutes I asked the lady on the till that if she can serve , she replied that I am not in queue. I asked her if there is any sign showing where the queue starts but there was none. Extremely unprofessional service. At least she would have asked me if am waiting to be served. Not a pleasant experience at all.

The absolute dirtiest Starbucks, I have ever frequented. I was here twice with a few weeks in between, and both times were horrible experiences. There was thrash left in most corners, tables were sticky, and 3 of 4 toilets were out of order while the fourth had feces on the only roll of toilet paper.The coffee is as Starbucks is, alright - but that is the only positive thing to say.

Very clean and not too busy but it took ages to make a simple drink. The guy that served me was rude and blunt in every way and just didn’t care to serve people. Was happy to gossip with coworkers but was rude in their attitude towards customers

I went for a coffee and I exited with an enormous smile on my face! I’m a loyal customer, but the experience at this particular Starbucks was even more than excellent! I have to compliment Martyna for her manners, enthusiasm and, of course, the delicious caramel macchiato she made! She was definitely great! 10/10! I’ll come back for sure next time I’m in town! In the meanwhile, really good job guys!

My favourite place for a coffee. I really enjoy the fact that this store is now doing a ‘drink of the month’ special, which is a showcase of the staff’s own personal drink choices. This month’s drink is made by the staff member JK, it was the most amazing drink I have ever tried from this store. I really do recommend it!The staff are always welcoming and polite and happy to help with any queries you have. They know their menus very well and can alway recommend something towards your drink preferences.

Disappointed, disgusting service. I paid 14:95£ for bin. Serene a stupid girl couldn’t even understand English. No coco flakes for my daughter’s hot chocolate and no brown sugar for my cappuccino… Never again to this place. I love Starbucks but not here.Overall rude staff with indecent behaviours….

Lovely mocca. Banana loaf tasted stale and dry, shouldn't be if it was fresh at 10am. Tables needed clearing and wiping, tired looking decor.

First time in this city at this hour in the morning and I know nothing except to find nearest starbucks for a quick breakfast.5 cheese Toosti with Latte is for today!
