Taste of Asia in Coventry

Brilliant food. Tried couple of items and I am not disappointed.

Very Nice place to have authentic Indian food. The Dosas here are amazing. We love their filter coffee as well. We haven't tried other items on the menu, but would love to give it a try tonight when we go there.The staff is very nice and courteous.

Good place good people, liked the service.I had vegetable soup & mysore masala dosa. Vegetable soup had no taste I don’t know whether they make it this way or wt but it wasn’t good.Dosa was all good & delicious would surely recommend it.

Nice and authentic taste. Chicken biryani with yogurt was good (thank god they didnt gave aubergine curry as side dish with biryani ;) )

I know it’s quite unfair to rate this way though the food was nice. It’s just that they could really do a lot better on their service. Probably head by new servers, and they skipped a lot meals and was extremely delayed. It happened both the times we visited. Food is nice and tasty though. So if you can put up with the wait it’s alright then!

Food is OK, ordered veg meal -ok , Kothu parota is very good, chola puri was OK ok, bit chewy though. Look wise it needs quite some painting work , or nice wall paperwork. It does take 30-40 minutes for food order in person.

In my earlier review after visiting TTOA I reviewed that their food is excellent, however the service was appalling and rude.However, they have have taken it seriously and I was extremely impressed by their service standard . Not just the service, the food was also significantly improved. Hence, revising my review.Earlier today, I was visiting Leicester and wanted to eat Dosa at our goto place at Belgrave Road. However, we changed our mind and came to Coventry to have Dosas at TTOA just becuase our second experience was amazing.This time we ordered Idli, Vada, Spring Roll Dosa and Chilli Garlic Does. We were blown away by the taste (10 stars out of 5 😄). Today we had the best Dosa we missed for ages.TTOA will now be my goto place for Dosa and South Indian cuisine. Its a restaurant that must not be judged it by looks and ambience but by its taste and food quality.TTOA is definitely a gem in Coventry serving the best Dosa. I will be returning with family here soon.I hope that they continue this taste and food quality for long term.

I had ordered food for our Baby Shower function and it was nothing but, incredible. We have never tasted the food from Taste of Asia, so was not sure. However, we trusted and ordered. It exceeded our expectations. We had almost 60 guests for the Baby Shower and all of them appreciated the taste, quality and quantity of the food. We ordered South Indian Breakfast such as Pongal, Poori, Vada, Idly, Kesari, Sambar, and two chutneys. The cost was reasonable. If you ever liked to order Indian food for parties. Taste of Asia is the shop. I’m looking forward for the dine-in. Delicious, mouthwatering and tasty food.

The best south Indian food till now . It's been three months in UK for me and was craving for a good south Indian food and this place was way above my expectations. They had a good and fast service. If you live in Coventry this is a must goto.place for having an affordable indian food ( preferably south Indian food)Enjoy eating 😋

I took my family here and the food prices are relatively cheap and the quantities were also good. Had fish meal, chicken meal, parotta with mutton curry, rose milk, vada platters and chicken noodles. Fish curry was delicious, but the fish was not fresh and vadas were not fried enough. Except that the remaining foods were good and we had a tummy full of food.
