The food was out standing really friendly atmosphere felt like Christmas having pigs in blankets in the roast.😁

Visited this evening for a birthday family meal. Service was fabulous and food excellent especially as it was a bank holiday. Staff a credit to company so thank you for looking after us tonight so well. Will see you soon 😊

It seemed like a nice, well spaced pub when I first entered but the service was horribly slow. We must have waited at least 45 minutes before the food got to us. However, I had the Sunday roast that made it worth the wait. Although, towards the end of my meal, I was just finishing off the vegetables and they weren't terribly good. The greens and carrots were both mushy and the parsnips were so overdone, it hurt to bite into them. I picked the Belgian grilled waffles for a desert and they were delicious so it countered the bad vegetables.

Ordered a 'posh fish finger sandwich', no where on the description did it say it was basically a battered fish sandwich which is what I received. Was way more batter than fish. My wife complained and was offered a free pudding or another meal but we didn't have time to wait for something else to be cooked etc. We were not offered a refund even though I had left most of the meal.So we will not be rushing back here for another meal...🙁

Nice pub and I will definitely return with family. Good choice of food on the menu and the lunchtime set meal was good value although the portion was small (wondering if it's because it was the lunchtime option). Anyway, the food was nice, service was good and the decor was very inviting. Decent sized car park too and you can sit outside. You can also order food and I believe also drinks via the app at your table which makes it very easy to pay individually if you're in a group.

We came lunchtime today, 9 of us , it was lovely, food was hot, freshly cooked and tasty. Staff were polite and helpful. It was such value for money. We never tend to go out Mothers Day as it usually turns into a big disappointment. Thankyou x

Pub was very busy and they did not appear to have enough staff , although the staff who were there were all working very hard. However it is unacceptable to wait an hour and a half for food to be served after ordering. The food when it arrived was fine.

Great pub with very friendly staff! Lovely atmosphere and the food was lovely! We had the festive menu and everything was cooked to perfection! Their festive cocktails are also lovely! Will definitely be returning!
