Went for a faulty towers experience.Great entertainmentFood deliciousBar staff friendly & polite however ordering drinks was awful the staff didn't know basic drinks. Not much choice for soft drinks. Order a lemonade shandy and a 1/4 bottle of beer and a bottle of lemonade was delivered to our table with a glass that was 3/4 full of beer.We were told all drinks were only sold by the bottle

What an absolute hidden gem of Coventry! We came here for our anniversary meal and we absolutely loved our experience. We were served by the lovely Natalia, she made our evening extra special. The food was incredible and the recommended wine was even better! We cannot wait to return!

The Loft was very welcoming with a relaxed atmosphere. The food was excellent, as were the two complimentary tasters, which were unexpected. The serving staff were very attentive and courteous all evening, the head chef came to our table later after the meal for feedback which we thought was a great trait. I would highly recommend this restaurant and will definitely visit again.

After my wife and daughter went Friday and we’re so impressed, they said I should go along with them Saturday and try it. On first impressions, it is indeed a hidden gem of a place. The decor is good, cleanliness spot on and the welcome warm.Although this was quickly undone by poor service and poor quality food.Our visit took up 1 hour 40 mins to be served a veggie breakfast, pancakes and an omelette that took three attempts to get right! People who came in 15 minutes after us had food served before us?There was a near mutiny as three despondent tables of customers fought to get the attention of anyone so we could pay the bill and escape.How can somewhere on Friday be a 5 star experience go to 1 star just 24 hours later?Hopefully this was a one off for them but it would take a lot of persuading for me to consider trying them again.

The food was incredible and very reasonably priced for the quality. Service was very prompt and professional, we're currently looking for an excuse to go back for a dinner there.

The food here is amazing! Great friendly service. The espresso martinis are good too. Definitely going back in the future

Sunday lunch, what can I say, it’s probably the best one I’ve had in recent times if not ever. Staff very friendly and attentive ,service was excellent, value for money for sure. From the minute you walk in the place you feel like your in for a treat. This probably right now is the best place to eat in Coventry. Ooozes class.

Really loved our experience here at the loft. We went for the bottomless brunch and had a really nice time. The place is cozy and welcoming. The staff that run the place are friendly and are always there at service.

Have had a splendid brunch at The Loft on a couple of occasions now and must say it is an absolute delight!The Food is cooked to perfection and the service is always spot on! Would definitely recommend! 👌👌

Absolutely fantastic food last night. Everything was amazing, all the staff were so lovely and helpful. We were particularly impressed with the chef who took my friends dietary needs into consideration and took the time to go through the menu with her to make sure she knew what she could have. We will definitely be returning again soon! Amazing job everyone.
