The Nugget in Coventry

Nice place, clean and tidy. Staff were friendly and helpful. Beer was excellent. I really enjoyed my visit.

All I ask is that Chef cooks me a plate of food that is edible and satisfying, I don't want an offer of a free pudding when I get the opposite.What we got was cold, overcooked and unappetising, how can you get what is essentially 2 toasties and a side of chips so wrong?I did tell a very pleasant member of the bar staff how poor it was and I did decline his offer of 'I'll see what I can do'.Like I said, I just want a nice meal and feel valued.Come on guys, that was poor, very poor.

Perfect day out for mothers day, easily booked table, had a highchair ready for the baby, put in section with plenty of other young kids and families ( my kids can be loud it's nice to be around other noise). The young girls waitresses today couldn't of been more nice, and they were quite busy.

Disappointed. Under cooked peas and chips. Lady who brought cutlery etc to the table. didn't speak. Wasn't asked how our food was during meal. Poor customer service. to say the least.

Started using this place again afew months ago stopped because the food was very hit and miss,but we visited again today and I have to say the food was excellent yet again and Mandy as always was friendly and bubbly. Great to see this place getting back to normal

Where Coventry's upper working class of semi-detached property wealth go to drink. Unremarkable chain pub that is clean, orderly and family friendly. The food is passable, the drinks are decent with a good range. Major sports events are shown on the TVs. There is a fair amount of parking and a huge beer garden outside.

Nice beer and food. Nice roomy pub with plenty of space. Friendly staff. Great meeting place.

Looks impressive inside and out, nice shape with good decor. Good menu choices and the prices are also good. Cater for vegetarians and vegans which is great. Although we had to wait a long time for the meals when it arrived it was nice. My husband's steak was a bit chewy but overall it was a good night out.

My partner and I came in the other night for food and drinks and the food was delicious! The drinks were reasonably priced and we were greeted into a nice warm atmosphere. Highly recommend! will be back again soon.

We went to the nugget for a family meal to celebrate my 60th birthday the food was perfect we had no problems at all but the is normal for the nugget never had a problem always happy every visit. Staff friendly what more could you want.
