I have been a regular with them. Poor customer service. You’re served as if you’re the one in need of them. Rude and unapologetic when questioned! Base for pizza was all stretchy and not properly cooked but when I complained they seemed not interested and just ignored me.They got my order wrong twice before this but no apology was ever given. They saw me as a burden from their body reactions. Both their lamb and chicken kebabs were good though, if only their customer service was good. They’ve got bad attitude.

I was regular. Last time I saw they making pizza with gloves in one hand but using both hand to touch meet. It was ignored by both maker and owner. I think most not all Asian businessman don’t like their people to use their place. It’s a psycholozical problem. Both was nasty each other and end of the day I had to make my decision to leave them because I don’t want to compromise with hygiene. Their pizza cheap but tasty I have to admit but hygiene should come first.

Only ever experienced the delivery, which was on time and still piping hot. Food is ok, worth ordering when you just want to relax and eat. Kids always have the pizza, with no complaints.

RUDE STAFF. Placed an order over the phone, was very loud out there, guy was asking same questions 4 or 5 times as he clearly couldn’t understand or hear it. Instead of 1 pizza , they prepared 4 and on collection was very rude towards my husband. I had to repeat myself over the phone that I would just like to order 1 pizza but clearly he couldn’t get it. He told my husband to learn English , while he was the one who could not even see the difference between one and four :o Tried to blame us for for his mistake and told my husband to leave. I would suggest the staff to visit a decent place with proper customer service and learn some tips of how to resolve situations like this. I’M DISGUSTED !!!

I haven't eaten much from here but I have had the wings and chips, pizza and curly fries. All good. I give it 3 out 5 because I haven't tried much more than that to be honest.

Food is always good, delivery very quick. We use Top1 Pizza regularly, if we have had any issues with orders, the management have been very helpful and made sure it was resolved quickly and to our satisfaction. 👍

Guys don’t order from this restaurant, the costumer service is outrageously disrespectful, they have no care for they costumers, extremely rude they turned off the phone on me two times, they sent my order to a wrong house even though I called them to change.... All they said bye. Terrible service... For the food they should be more pleasant to other costumers.

Do not eat here the staff are so rude and disrispectful to there costumers they use bad language in front of my son and daughter.the food is cold and you never seem to get what you order and hygine is terrible. They don't wash there hands after serving food and handling money. They will never get my custom again. I did not even want to give it a 1 rating but I had to rate it something to write my review.
