We really like this takeaway and use it a lot. I’d rate it 5 star if it wasn’t for the annoying little add ons to bump up your price. Example: chicken biryani with standard included vegetable side sauce becomes £2 extra if you ask that side sauce to be made a little hotter. This is simply done with a teaspoon of powder and does not warrant the extra £2 at all! Swap chicken in your dish to king prawn is £3. By the time they’ve removed your 6 pieces of chicken tikka it’s not costing £3 to add those prawns as they’re saving in the chicken you would have had.

Ordered 2 nan bread's earlier this month - one plain and one garlic as I had already cooked a homemade curry. While eating, it felt as if I was chewing on grit or sand. Tried both the curry and nan separately and it was definitely something in the nan. Called Bangla Kitchen and they put it down to the cement in the tandoori oven (eyes popping out moment & one star for their honesty). I was genuinely unaware that cement can be safely eaten!!! Asked for a refund and it was declined but was offered a replacement which I naturally refused. So £4.20 down the pan. Just googling now to find out the nutritional benefits of Tandoori oven cement!!!

Excellent place with outstanding service and the foods taste really well.

I ordered some vegetarian curry and a couple of chicken dishes last night. The dishes were expensive but the quality was poor. The potatoes were uncooked, chicken was raw inside and the biryani rice was hard and no taste at all. We had to bin most of food as we were worried we would get food poisoning if we ate it. Pathetic quality, will never order again.

Absolutely disgraceful, the rude arrogant people! I asked for a chicken tikka masala on it's own with extra chicken, when I got home their was just 7 pieces of chicken ( don't forget I paid £3 extra for more chicken) no peppers or onion and in a tomato coloured grainy Balti sauce , not tikka masala, when I complained they said I was lying, no apology no excuse, so for £8.30 they can go f$@k themselves if they think I'd ever use them again 😡😡😡

Never tried this place before and I can honestly say it was one of the best curries I've had. Good value and delicious. This is now my new take away.

Only been here twice. Butvon both occasions. Could not fault the food I had. Methi gosht do tasty, could have eaten 2.

We have had food delivered from here a couple of times now, we always have the set meal for 2 very good value, plentyful, gorgeous food, very helpful and cheerful on the phone, very recommended.

Easley the best Indian takeaway in the area and we have tried all of them outBeen ordering from back when this was syeds before the name changeThe four star rating is because the portion sizes and naan breads are looking a bit small nowBut I would happily pay more money for the old portion sizesMaybe a price increase is needed

Very disappointed. Have used this take away many times over last 5 years and never had a problem. However, Tue 6th Sept we ordered.....1 sheek kebab,1 balti chicken (medium hot),1 chips1 naan bread.Placed order at 7-11pm and were told it would be 30 minutes. 8 minutes later it arrived. Excellent you’d think!!.NOT!!!!Cold Rubbery Skeek Kebab.Alleged Balti chicken consisted of. 7-8 pieces of chicken. No spices, no peppers, no onions, no herbs, no flavour & an 8th of a slice of tomato and a pint of curry sauce. It was bland and tasteless. Basically a chicken curry.Chips and naan were fine.I had to be up at 03-30am on Wednesday morning for work so decided I’d call them to ask about our meal the following evening, rather than wait for a replacement the same evening.Called Wednesday and spoke to a member of staff who basically called me a liar. Told me manager wasn’t there so he took my number and told me manager would call me Wednesday evening. No call!!!!I Called and spoke to “manager” Thursday 8th sept. As he obviously wasn’t calling me. Refused to believe me and basically kept referring to the fact I should have called the same evening. Now if this was a recurring thing I could understand him. But, we’ve ordered many meals with no issues whatsoever in the past. Basically called me a liar re: my complaint. Only when I asked if they had a Facebook/website (to which he replied) NO, then obviously realising I was going to look he did ask what he could do to make me happy. By this point having been called a liar twice I said forget it. So to summarise,If you want a chicken curry & chips (mild) dressed up as a Balti then BANGLA KITCHEN is your ideal place.NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!
