Food was nice once we received after a hour wait and the pub wasn't even busy, unfortunately we won't be going back. I thought we had found a good little pub but you can't really do much when there is bad management in place

Lovely atmosphere. Food was delicious and fantastic value. Staff are fab. Make sure you book though as you may be disappointed.

Had a lovely birthday lunch here with my husband and grandson food was delicious service superb, would have been 5 stars but had to wait 1hr for food!

Visited this evening tbh we booked for 7 but our party rose to 12 but this was no problem and a table was rearranged in no time, the service and food was second to none all meals came out together and was enjoyed by all of our party. A big Thankyou to all the staff for making our visit truly comfortable enjoyable and most of all welcoming we will be back soon

Well. I was planning to go here just before lockdown but it never happened. I have tried it today and have to say I don't think i will be returning. Poor selection of beer with only one choice of proper ale. The Gamon was good but my Lasagne was not the best. Unfortunately the salad was drenched in some oily gunge.The worst part of the evening was being seated in the vercinity of two big dogs that although well behaved on their own ended up by being encouraged by others who appeared to be friends of some of the staff.This ended up with the dogs scratching on the floor jumping up and slobbering all over the table.In their excitement the dogs knocked over the dog bowel which resulted in staff coming out with a mop bucket to clean up.Not my idea of a nice place to eat.

Disappointed for a sizzlerCurry didn't taste quite right and the onion bharjie and spinach pakora didn't taste right either...and when do you serve a mint and cucumber relish hot?Mom's food was dry and the gravy wasn't nice.Sorry but won't be eating there again, shame cus it's a nice pub and staff were lovely

Cheap and cheerful. Food was hot and plentiful staff were friendly and service good. No complaints at all. Not fine dining but very reasonable.

I only stopped for a refreshing Cider as I was on a walk ! But could smell the food from afar ! Will have to do a lunch stop next time !

Went to get a Tarot reading and food with friends. Staff was very friendly. Was a fun night overall, enjoyed myself even though i'm a bit skeptical about card readings. Food and drink was reasonably priced. Not a bad night for a Tuesday.
