Costa Coffee in Dudley

Very slow to get served inside. Then forgot to give us part of our food order. Plus didn't have 2 items wanted.

Ordered an near £30 order via Uber Eats for it to arrive with not a single one of the items ordered and someone else's meal deal. Phone number to call the store did not (from Google) and currently awaiting a 'review' from Just Eat. Pretty poor.

Worst experience, we go 3-4 times a week. Last time we went we waiting 5 minutes in the queue for a lady to say we can serve you we are too busy. The people that were in front of us that walked in same time got served as we didn’t. Head office offered us a free drink which was an insult would expect a company like that to offer something properly for wasting 30 minute lunch break on not getting served and spoken to rudely

Perfect staff, friendly customer service, kirsty and dan in particular had to get there names as I was so so pleased, went above and beyond to ensure I was served fastly and happy with my order, even though you can see they were very busy inside and drive thru, these 2 staff members deserve a medal for the outstanding customer service I received, made my day and was only a trip for a quick coffee on my commute to another job I had on! Thanks guys you'll see me again keep up the good work!

Cant hear the staff at counter due to the protective screen, was then spoke to like something on the bottom of there shoe due to saying can't hear themTerrible customer skill will never come back now

Visited today with my daughter and my mom. Had to tell the Barista how to make an Americano the brand standard way, service was slow and un friendly. Non of the staff seem to care about the job! No spoons available to stir my coffee was given a desert spoon, shop was a mess. If staff are not able to their job adequately they should be trained appropriately to do it with effectiveness and efficiency. This isn't the first time I've visited this store and its gone massively down hill since the previous store manager was forced out!

Even though I'm a regular Costa customer and I don't usually drop feedbacks, being a coffee lover and expert, I just simply cannot turn a blind eye on the service provided today. Firstly, coming in, queue of 5 customers ahead of me, I ended up being served 20 minutes after my arrival, picking up my drink another 10 minutes after. Queues don't bother me, I must've dropped by during break times or being Sunday, families and friends go out. However having about 30 odd minutes of waiting in total, I've had plenty of time to notice food being handled in and out the oven trays with bare hands, milk jugs rinsed with tap water right before pouring milk inside, milk that had to be brought from the back. From what I've observed, there were 4 employees behind the counter, 2 of them looking after drive thru which was not busy at all, 1 that seemed ' on training ' according to their badge, being responsible for the ' sit in ' customers with all tables occupied. Letting aside all third party factors, although the coffee strength was good, a touch too strong for my liking, I was disappointed with the milk texture and taste. On a positive note nice and pleasant staff, nonetheless insufficient to compensate the overall experience.

Typical Costa Coffee, had a nice sandwich and drinks. I do find the female staff are more generous than the males. When it comes to putting cream on your hot chocolate. Also the girls generally give you a serviette.

I wanted to get out for a bit change of cenery so went for a coffee and cake with my cousin and the kids small but cosy Costa went in at 5.30 didn't end up leaving till after 7pm.Wanted to use the drive through but it looked so cute inside and didn't want to rush the experience.The girls where happy to stay great atmosphere. The service was great even had suggestions for which cakes tasted great. 🍰 😁

Great place for quick bite. For sitting in and take away. Coffee taste amazing... Love the place. Very friendly staff and good customer service. Special offer available...
