Domino's Pizza in Dudley

Very bad customer service I phoned them and try to order my regular pizza and wedges what I order every week from them but they always try to over charge me for that and this time they did same and my friend told me I am the area manager mate u r area manager for your staff not for customers I don’t want to say anything wrong word for him but he should not be a manager that’s all what I think he don’t know how to deal with customers normally I order from them every week but I will not go there again 👎

Have regularly ordered from the Dudley store and have always been pleased, that is until this evening, as I opened the door the driver complained he knocked three times and I hadn’t opened quick enough. His tone caught me by surprise I certainly wasn’t expecting that.I think it’ll be a long time before I order from them again. Oh and he wasn’t waring a mask.

Ordered a pizza last night, as my baby daughter was poorly and didn't want to make noise cooking to allow her to sleep, thought ill order domino's. Left instructions to "knock quiet please, sleeping baby" was pizza arrived late and the driver banged on the door. Got the pizza and she had woken up. Took over 30min to get her to sleep again, by that time pizza was cold. Called up to complain no answer, called again and explained why I'm annoyed and was hung up on. Complained to customer service and was expecting a call from the store. They called today whilst I'm at work so obviously I can't answer my phone. Terrible customer service from them, staff are a joke. Will be taking it further and expecting a refund... My advice would be go to pizza hut, staff are so much better and they can all read English. I'll upload the photo of the instructions as they are in block caps and not hard to miss.

Not happy- with an order of over 20 Pizzas and 20 Sides- given 24 hours notice - order value £244.46- factory pf workers waiting for them to come at 1pm, for them to turn up at 1.40?? Not good enough at all

Food is tasty and I'm really glad it's halal. Only thing is, whoever picks up the phone needs to use simple etiquette, please and thank you would be nice, as well something other than a monotone 'hello' when answering..

Disgusting service, I ordered a meat feast pizza without mushrooms due to an allergy. Called the shop to ask for a replacement. Woman was rude and spoke very poor english. Said I’d need to speak to head office. Pizzas were cold and had to walk 1/4 mile to meet delivery driver who couldn’t be bothered to find address, even though I’d given instructions when ordering.

Ordered food from here earlier this week. The pizza was undercooked and soggy because to much cheese had been put onto the pizza. The delivery driver was very rude and pounded my windows loud enough to wake my whole family instead of calling me with the number provided. Very disappointed.

I normally pick up a pizza from this store once or twice a month. The store is very clean. The pizza is very good. I normally order online and pick up. The only problem is parking, usually it is difficult to find parking directly in front of the store. There is a McDonalds carpark next to the store but I feel it is cheeky to park there especially if you're not buying anything from there.

We've ordered a Domino's pizza once a week, every week over the last few months. They always arrive nice and hot and on time. The only problem that I have is my clothes are getting a bit tight. Maybe my wardrobe is shrinking my clothes.

My pizza arrived an hour and 15 minutes after ordering. It was stone cold and had clearly been dropped. As i do actually prefer pizza cold i decided not to bother dominoes and to shut up and eat it. But it tasted extremely off and the last couple slices went in the bin. I wasb then up all night camped out at the toilet with food poisoning.
