Essence Of India in Dudley

Food was disgusting, found hairs in the curry. Chips were like they’d been sat there all day, the chicken was vile. Tried to charge us for food we didn’t even have. Very demanding and poor customer service. Was waiting 20 minutes for food, after the starter.

Really good quality food, very impressed! We came on a Sunday it was 4 courses for £10 absolutely amazing value cant believe the price.Good service too 👍

Friendly staff and they treat us like family whenever we come in. Absolutely amazing food and service and I’ve never had a problem with anything. Love the staff and love the food. 10/10 worth eating here!

Went here last week. An was the first time I didn't enjoy it. My meals was wrong so I had to wait while my hubby ate his. As my order was redone. The starter was also pathetic. I ordered sheek kebab. An it's meant to be 2x full size. My 2 were no bigger than a toddler's finger. Next table had full size ones of same supposed order. So get you tiny portions sorted!!! I've been using this place for years. They got one more chance to put it right when I go next. Or they loose ALL our families orders. That's 3 households worth of customers.

Just had a fabulous family meal for 12 people. Every order was correct and delicious. Staff were very friendly and professional. Would definitely recommend this place to everyone and we will be going back soon 👍

We visited Essence Of India on the 19th of March. My husband and I are from London and visiting the area. We found this restaurant very nice, it was extremely clean and the food and staff were wonderful. If we come to Brierley Hill again we will definitely visit this restaurant again, we would definitely recommend Essence Of India.

What an amazing restaurant. First time here and so impressed. Food delicious and hot and staff were lovely. Will deffo be using this as our goto restaurant x can't wait to take the family to try it 😋

After reading the reviews I am extremely disappointed. The food that we had ordered was stone cold when it arrived, you could tell it was definitely not freshly made. The food tasted of absolutely nothing. Stomach feels iffy already. On a more positive note the driver was quick with the delivery and very pleasant.

Food was really tastey .. good friendly service.. we will return again..

Always a pleasure to eat here, the food is amazing, full of flavour and cooked perfectly. The staff are wonderful and caring. I wouldn't want to eat anywhere else. Keep up the good work xx
