Even though we have arrived 10mins before closing- staffs were very keen on us and very friendly tooMost of the menus weren’t available- no complaints at all coz of the very late dine-in.All were freshly and amazing cooked.Will try again bit earlier next time.For the price vs quality- they could improve a lot

Booked a table for 6pm. Was not that busy in there and got our main course 1 hour and 35minutes later. This is our favourite eating place but service has deteriorated. Food and cocktails good but need extra help with chefs. Only one was doing orders when we arrived

cocktails are great, they are made so well, as if you were in an authentic cocktail bar. Have tried quite a few dishes off their menu, they are simple dishes but sooo delicious, food portions are extremely filling… but no complaints there 😆Service is top notch, staff are funny, friendly and attentive. This place is perfect if you want a casual lunch or dinner outing with your partner, friends or family.

Josh and Ash, run a first class restaurant. My husband and I went today for breakfast and nothing was too much trouble. Josh went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed and our breakfast was cooked too perfection. Well Done, will definitely be going back soon and taking my mug 😁

Always enjoy a visit to F&B. Staff at Dudley are always lovely but portions seem to have shrunk?? We had pizzas and meatballs and seemed to be smaller than when we visited last/Nottingham F&B. Miss the dough balls also. Good meal though before bowling across the road.

Overall terrible service. Waited 50 minutes for 2 plates of pasta, no one came over to apologise or said there would be a wait and no apology was made when it finally arrived after over an hour of entering the restaurant. Didn't order dessert because we were worried how long it would take. Took 10-15 minutes for someone to bring the card machine after asking someone to bring one over when we finally managed to get the bill. Overall appalling service, staff just standing around having a chat most of the time and the restaurant was half empty so who knows what the service would be like if packed. Food was terrible as well, had the chicken and prawn Alfredo, bland and hardly any prawn or chicken, not worth £3.80 let alone £13.80. The worst restaurant experience of my life, will never be returning.

Ordered via uber - mac n cheese for 9.80 plus bacon topping for 1 so all together 10.80....it was literally 3 full spoons *see pictures - pointed arrow shoes the bottom of the box! From the reviews it seems someone else hade this problem with almost nothing in the box so if you go there they will put food in your plate as there is no alternative but if you order...lol You might get an empty box ! Funny thing...they even wrote on the bag for me to rate them 5 🤣🤣🤣On the good side it was tasty but i am still hungry 😅

Ordered this Ultimate Mixed Grill for two people to share. It was very filling and we did not even finish the whole thing. It was quite tasty, but the steak seemed to go a bit dry half way through eating it. Overall good service and a nicely decorated, large open plan restaurant with booths. You can also see directly into the cooking station which is always a nice touch.

I just Placed an Order for a Mediterranean Salad ! Please see what I got in my box via Uber Eats Delivery. I Called the Restaurant to speak to the manager someone who cannot speak english properly I am trying to explain to her. She then Passed me over to a English Speaking person, The Employee said to me if you have a problem with the portion thats not my problem. The Portion the quality the whole lot … These employees in these restaurants feel they can do whatever they like when sending customer orders and not care at all about what they do. They have no shame. They are Horrible and Nasty People to be working in Places like this and trying to blame their mistakes on the Menu and Portion. But its Management Have to Blame because they employ these people.This Salad Cost me £10.80 Just to let you all know

Visited this morning for breakfast, food was delicious as always. Frankie & Benny's never disappoints but the lovely waitress Sue made our morning she's lovely, so welcoming, friendly and made us laugh so much she is an absolute treasure to the restaraunt.
